We were referred to Little Friends by our family. Over the years they have cared for our nieces and nephew. It was a no brainer when we needed a place for our daughter. We have been so pleased with the care she receives. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. It is abundantly clear they love the children being cared for and most importantly love our daughter. She enjoys her time there and looks forward to going back. I highly recommend.
After a horrifying experience at my daughters previous daycare, my husband and I were desperate to find a daycare immediately. We landed on Little Friends Daycare. Nancy the director was/is extremely sweet and professional. We were sold! The facility is extremely clean, we love the communication between the staff and parents. They take their covid protocols serious. And I truly feel that my daughter is safe and in good hands while we’re away. We are truly pleased with Little Friends Daycare and my daughter loves it as well. You won’t be disappointed.
My daughter has been going here since November of 2020 she started in the infant room and now in the toddler room and the teachers nice and great with the children and the facility is clean. From the day I dropped her off my daughter has never cried and not wanted to go I feel safe with her here. 😃
My daughter is in the infant room and I couldnt be more pleased. All of the teachers in the infant room take great care of her. My daughter is always smiling at the sight of one of her teachers. It's a great feeling to know that your child is in great hands when they cant be with you.
Initially when we started at Little Friends we had a great experience- the infant and one year old teachers were fantastic (unfortunately the lead teachers are no longer employed here). Our experience at Little Friends quickly deteriorated over the course of our children being enrolled. On multiple occasions we witnessed children pushing and shoving each other, while the teachers were preoccupied on their phones or cleaning, and never addressed the behavior. We also found a number of cuts and bruises on our 2 year old that the teacher's could not provide an explanation for, and she also developed behavior issues that resolved themselves within 2 weeks of being moved to a different center. When we would pick them up in the evenings, the harsh smell of chemicals would hit you in the face, and you had to be careful walking on floors in the classrooms as they were being mopped while the children were still present. They feed children to keep them occupied throughout the day, including chips and Cheetos at 8:00 in the morning. The tv is constantly on in the majority of the classrooms; even though they tell you it's limited to an hour a day (which is still unacceptable in my opinion). The list of concerns could go on and on, my main reason for posting is to make other families aware. On the surface it seems like a great option, and there are a handful of amazing teachers, but the lack of professionalism and pettiness by the majority of the staff leaves a lot to be desired.
