This daycare is a big scam. They operate a facility without being licensed and lie to parents. After they are shutdown they refuse to refund parents the tuition for services not rendered. They change their phone number and do not answer phone calls. This center ruined my child’s summer and put my family in serious financial hardship as we were forced to find new childcare without receiving a refund. Do not use this center and do not pay via Zelle to the owner or manager. The manager Sheila Ziari is dishonest and does not operate in good faith. There is a one star because you cannot leave a review with zero stars.
We love Little Friends House! My daughter started daycare here when she was 1 and has been here ever since (she will be 4 this summer). We love the teachers and staff at the daycare, they are very attentive and loving. The kids go on trips a couple times a year, they do lots of hands on teaching and learning and they have a pool for the summer camp. Best decision I made when returning to work!
We are so lucky to have this day care nearby!! My son started when he was 8 months and the teachers are so caring. My little one had a rough first week adjusting, but after that he's doing better and better. The teachers tried everything to make the transition smooth and now he enjoys the day care. They have lots of activities too - tailored for different age groups. Special thanks to Ms Marcel - she is most patient, experienced, passionate, always smiling, and so genuine and kind!!! We are so grateful to have her around.
My son went to daycare here for two days in December 2021. The Dept. OF Health suddenly closed them down. They promised they'll reopen shortly Yada Yada yada... I sent my son to a new daycare in January because we couldn't wait any longer. I asked them for a refund for the deposit and the month... it was an amount around 1800. I waited for the check until July and then the checks bounced.. . They don't respond to emails or phone calls
*UPDATE* I finally got my money back, although it took several months and countless phone calls, voicemails and text messages on my part. I've been in contact with several other parents and seemingly, none of them have had their tuition returned at all. The center is padlocked to this day and DOH notifications, which at one point had been removed, are now back up. I believe they've been shut down for good. These are awful, awful people. According to DOH records, this is an unlicensed daycare with numerous violations dating back to 2019. I picked my child up at their urging on the day the DOH shut them down...only for them to reopen three weeks later for two days and then the DOH shut them down again. They owe me 1,600.00 for August's tuition and, after several sob stories and "please give me more time, I don't have your money", they (both the owner and her daughter) are now ducking all of my calls, voicemails and text messages. As a mother and parent, please don't send your children here. They play the part of concerned and caring very well but it's just an act and if this is their MO, I imagine they'll be out of business very soon.
