These guys treat your little ones like they're family! I have a one-year-old, and his smile when we arrive is such a good feeling. What really got me was walking in during nap time and seeing all the staff, even the owner, on the floor with the kids, getting them settled for nap time. Kelsey and Laney have been so helpful, and communication has been spot on. I HIGHLY recommend them and am grateful for everyone here!
Little Fox Child Development center is amazing. The Koss family really care about your little ones. We had our daughter in May 2018, I thought that it would be easy to find a childcare center after she was born since I wasn't going back to work until August. I was wrong, there were waiting lists and extra fees. I found Little Fox on Facebook of all places and messaged Kelsey. She responded promptly, we toured the facility and it felt like home. I was never scared to leave my daughter and I loved getting pictures throughout the time we were there. They worked so hard to get my daughter to drink out of a bottle and to sleep in a crib. I could not have gone back to work without them. They always made it known they wanted the kids to have fun with spirit weeks, Santa, field trips and water days. If we did not live so far away with traffic, I would have never left.
Absolutely a wonderful daycare with great Christian values, a wonderful staff and a overall excellent environment for my kids. Any issue I had (anxious parent!) was address and if anything needed to be documented, it was. My child who attended thrived in the environment and structure and made great friends. We were so sad to leave. Highly recommend LF!! Ms. Laney, Ms. Lesslie, Ms. Amanda and Ms. Moe were always caring and just truly a place I felt comfortable leaving my child with and he looked forward to going. I am going to miss you all so much!! Thank you for such a lovely experience, helping instill our Christian values and praying with him and helping him learn to give thanks! We love you LF!
Out of my 4 years in child care, I have never worked at a place so family oriented. This place feels like home as soon as you step into the doors. We present so many opportunities for learning, play, and growth! I highly recommend you call Kelsey and Michele to get your child on the waiting list. Children come first at Little Fox CDC in learning, loving, and caring.
The staff to child ratio is questionable. A year ago I would have recommended this facility to anyone, but now it is more focused on play time and less on education. At pickup there would be 20-30 kids outside with 2 teachers watching and then 2-3 teachers hanging inside, eating or sitting on their phones. Communication is poor, we got no updates from teachers and weekly updates stopped coming. The only time you got communication was when you asked or there was an issue. When the new teachers were hired they would not introduce themselves to the parents. We did not even know who our sons new teacher was until we asked multiple times. Glad we moved our son elsewhere. The owners are friendly and address you everyday, however, the new staff was not very personable or approachable. (You know me very well kelsey and Michelle my son attended your school for 2 years, previously run by your mother and father before they retired). Also in response to your comment, this was not just going on over the summer months it was during the year as well.
