Little Footsteps Daycare & Learning Center

I LOVE this daycare! My son is six months old, and it was very hard for my husband and I to trust anyone to take care of our son, as he is our first born. I LOVE the staff, they are so friendly and great people! They know my son by name, they keep a chart of his diaper changes and feedings and give me that chart every time I pick him up. I love knowing how his day went at daycare, and they always tell me how he did! I recommend this place to others, especially if your are military family! (The rates are very similar) And during this Covid-19 they were available and they make sure to stay clean, and make sure all the kids are sanitized as well!

As a first time mom having to put my child in daycare broke my heart. As an active duty service member who's dual military we had to put our son in daycare. My son was 3 months when we enrolled him and I'm a proud mom to say now at 7 months my son is growing at this daycare with the love and care of the staff. My husband and I appreciate the staff at this daycare and the reassurance we get throughout the day that our son is having a good day. Again as a first time parents we worry uncontrollably so we call the daycare regularly and check in on our son and there has not been an issue with any of our concerns or needs. The staff at this daycare has met our needs and expectations of caring for our son while he's under their care. If or when there has been an issue it's discussed and taken care of. My husband and I are able to report to work on time and go to work knowing our Lan Man will have a good day. When it's time for us to pick him our son up his diaper is changed they change his attire if need be and he Is given to us ready to go home with his socks and shoes that he came there in.

My son has been here since hes been 6 months, i was so anxious to leave him with people I don’t know, but they are truely the best, my son loves the girls that watch him and they love him! Hes always excited to see them which makes me happy and I love how they don’t allow any non employees inside the building.

I decided to put my kids here for aftercare. I stupidly prepaid for a month. They will not refund. They went for a day and begged me not to go back. They said the kids were very unruly. Pulled their hair, etc. There were no locks on restrooms stalls other than one and he said it was absolutely disgusting. Also stated the monitors didn’t speak English so they had no idea what they were saying other than through one who translated. They also stated they were not provided snacks even though I was told they would be provided. Absolutely would not recommend.

I don't even know how to start describing this Center. I heard of them by a friend that took her kids there for years. I was nervous at the beginning because my kids were cared for in a house by a friend before. I contacted the owner before moving to El Paso and she was so patience and answers all of my emails with no issues, lots of emails by the way. =-) Once we moved to El Paso, we went to numerous Centers (at least 10) and in my heart I felt that this was the one. I wasn't wrong at all. I have being so comfortable with daycare centers ever since. The employees are so nice and great with the kids. My son has a speech delay and I can’t explain how much his speech has improved. He is finally coloring and interested on doing many many things he didn’t do before. The employees always greet me and I’m always very comfortable around them. I’m very pleased with the way that they manage things. My kids love it so much that some days it’s hard to get them out of there. I can finally be at peace at work and not be worry about the horror stories from daycares. I’m a very strict mom when it comes to the care of my kids and like any other mom worry a lot. THIS PLACE HAS BROUGHT PEACE TO MY HEART. I go to work with no worries AT ALL. My daughter is an 18 month old baby that received respiratory treatments and they were very good with keep them going (4 times a day) I received daily logs of the treatments and she improved tremendously and after so long on treatments she finally is off them. If they didn’t keep up with it, I would have had to leave work to do so. I’m a Soldier and so is my husband and we have no family near. We move a lot and we always go thru the worries of who is going to help with our kids…THE WORRY IS GONE. I recommend this place to EVERYONE …YOU WONT REGRET IT…WITH LOVE THE HAPPY MOMMY
