If you're looking for a vehicle, you HAVE to stop by CarTime in Centerton and talk to Brooklyn. What a great company and OMG we couldn’t be more happy about our truck. Lower interest rates than most anyone in town and the vehicle are great. It was easy to get approved and the customer service is incredible. GO GIVE THEM A TRY, bet you won’t be sorry!
This is the worst dealership I've ever visited in my life! The people are rude, they don't like to help customers when they're in a bad mood, they don't even take the time to help you find what you're looking for, and they don't even want to enter your information into the system; they expect you to have already done it yourself. That place stinks and has a negative vibe; you get a bad feeling as soon as you walk in, especially from the Hispanic person who works there. He's foul-mouthed, has no manners, and is a terrible salesperson.
If I could give it zero stars I would. I don't know if I just had bad luck with the car I chose compared to the other reviews on here. I bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. The car has been nothing but problems. It has left me stranded on the road three times. Bought it a little over a year ago but before it even hit the year mark I've had to put so much money into it. Ive had to replace the thermostat twice. The thermostat housing, The window regulator, the alternator, the radiator. They also said they fixed the AC on it. But it doesn't blow air unless the car is moving. So when parked or idling it blows hot air. I have to fix that to. When I was purchasing the vehicle they said they love helping families and getting them behind a reliable vehicle. That was a lie. This car has been nothing but problems
Thank you Dwayne, kevin and Aaron for getting me back on the road with an awesome truck. Theirs several things I could write out on here that are great but one thing illl definitely will share is. Not once I felt force into a deal. Great people to deal with. I highly recommend these fellas. Go by and get y’all a truck, suv or a car from them.
