Parents consistently highlight the clean facility, reasonable hours and pricing, manager Karla's helpfulness, and their children's enthusiasm about attending.
I've had my daughter there for a few weeks now. I am honestly SO very happy with Little Dreamers. I am grateful to all the wonderful ladies who work here. Karla, the manager, is so incredibly sweet. Mary is the one who mainly cares for my baby and she is so attentive and loving with my girl. The place itself is very clean and lovely. You can tell the staff truly take great pride in taking care of the children. They are very loving and that means a great deal to me when leaving my baby there. The different aged children are kept in different rooms not all together as that nasty google review said. I have not seen any of those things at all and that’s why I waited a while before writing my own review. Their state inspection records are really good and that was a major deciding factor in going there. The hours and pricing are very reasonable as well. I am very grateful to have found a place where I feel absolutely comfortable leaving my baby. She lights up and smiles the minute she sees the ladies when I drop her off. Children don’t lie and her lighting up the way she does tells me that she herself enjoys being there. Great place! Thank you!!
The director, Sophia, is highly unprofessional. Ultimately I was very happy with my care until Last week. I came in to pick up my daughter. She immediately hands me my daughters phone with an attitude. She states they cannot have their phone in the classroom. I explained my side of the story and let her know that per our initial conversation, I was under the impression she could have it at the end of the day since I don't pick up until between 7-8. She said no. I acknowledged with "Ok that's fine" to end the conversation so I could return back to work. I wanted to proceed with paying for the month of Junes childcare. However, we didn't even get that far. After I acknowledged the first time ,she continued about the phone and I acknowledged two times again that I won't bring it anymore. She then insisted that I was unhappy with my care and I should go somewhere else because I had an "attitude" Never once was I unhappy with care. If I'm not happy , I know I could go somewhere else. Instead of paying for the entire month, I ended up requested a refund for days my child did not use because I was wrongly discriminated against and kicked out of daycare. She then explained it's a "cultural difference" and she isn't "use to attitude" Ma'am, nobody had an attitude. I literally worked a 17 day that day. I just wanted to handle my financial responsibilities and get my child. I then expressed that I'm very vocal and if I wasn't happy with care, I would say that or just not return. But that wasn't the case. In the middle of me saying that, she said " I AM TOO" which made me believe she had a personal issue with me. The director should learn how to control her attitude, leave her personal problems at home and learn how to talk/approach people. I wouldn't have offered my assistance to help you, your facility or refer people to your daycare IF I was unhappy. NOW, I am unhappy due to the treatment I received as a parent. It's a shame that people in these roles literally bully parents due to their own personal issues. The owner came to speak with me and the conversation seemed to go well so I decided to give them another chance since I wasn't wrong in the situation. However, I guess that conversation was a lie. I was not welcomed back because they refuse to return my multiple calls. All and All, I'd suggest looking at other daycares. Im glad Sophia showed her true colors because my daughter loves her new teachers and daycare. Thank you for suggesting I go elsewhere.
My son goes to this daycare Saturdays only and I am happy with the service and care they provide. I highly recommend this daycare and their staff is very helpful and friendly.
I have had my child here since July 2017 and the staff is excellent. I love that they open everyday and they close late.
My kid went there for several yrs. The staff is great. The manager Karla is very helpful and hands on it. Plus they do weekends!!!
