What a great facility! Kids of all ages learning at all levels! My little granddaughter is in her first level of learning 'tumbling'. She absolutely loves it! I have sat and watched her class a couple of times and am impressed with the patience of the teachers. They seem like they are having as much fun as the students! AND, when we first arrive, there is a class of older students finishing up and I'm very impressed with what they are doing. There are many trophys in the facility. I highly recommend Black Diamond for beginners to experts! I think you will find what you need here!⭐

I recently threw a birthday party for my daughter here. I had so many questions, and the staff was so nice and welcomed each one of my questions with a smile and eased my nerves with their answers. Heather Clark, in particular, was a tremendous help for me. She went above and beyond by helping me the night before with the set-up and decorations. This helped to ease and calm my nerves, as the rest of the details went without a hitch the next morning. She made sure to listen to my requests and pays attention to details. Heather was exactly what I needed to make my daughter's birthday smooth and allowed me to actually enjoy her party. Thank you all again!
My children went there for spring break camp. They had a very stressful and bad experience. Both of them were bullied and harassed by other children. There is not enough adult/teacher supervision. The teachers are not trained to promote a positive and kind environment. My child reported that a couple of the teachers were constantly on their phones while the children are having lunch. One younger child was desperately trying to get the attention of one of the teachers with no success. They spent at least the last 30 min just watching TV. The worst thing is that I called to talk to a manager because I actually do care that they address this and improve the quality of care they are providing so other children do not go through what min did. The receptionist took my information and I NEVER got a call back. We are never going there any more. It is such a shame; there are very few options around here.
