By far the BEST Daycare in Cleveland, BEST daycare around . I have 3 children , my 2 oldest 12 &’9 both went to Littler Critters when they were babies , until they were ready for Kindergarten. I just recently had a baby and I made sure to put him in Little Critters . Not only is it a daycare , Ms. Brenda and Ms. Jen turned to family , they are the sweetest most caring individuals you will come across. The staff at Little Critters is unbeatable as well. They truly love your child like their own and provide excellent care and service . You will not be disappointed! Do not wait any longer, send your kiddos to Little Critters !
My twins are almost two and have been at Little Critters since they were 3 months old. I couldn't recommend this center more, as my boys have progressed through their milestones well ahead of time and loved every teacher and staff member along the way. Of course, the spread of sickness is inevitable in any daycare setting, but I have seen this center respond responsibly and go above and beyond in their daily practices to maintain a clean and healthy environment for our children. It has been such a relief to have such a positive experience at this center and never have to move my boys around. I know I can count on the staff at Little Critters to take the best care of my boys. I have 2 kids that attend Little Critters and they absolutely love it. I personally love the way that the staff always communicates with and involves the parents in the activities and planning of events. They work really hard with the kids and do such an amazing job.
Love how my child has developed in the new skills that he had learned in the short period of time of him being at the daycare initially, I love the first room. My son development was so good. The staff were really good. They was patient. It was just when he entered the preschool room. It took a turn we tried it. My son was scared to go in the room. He started showing new patterns of behaviors like he was backtracking they started showing their true Colors being disrespectful the cook, smokes, and why I don’t have a problem with with smoking she shouldn’t be smoking on the Daycare premises or dealing with the food smelling like Or around the children because it lingers on your clothes they pretty nice at the beginning and then they flip they made me late to work many times and then be mad at you when you late for pick up about 2 to 5 minutes if it’s traffic anything going on in life they get mad
I am so glad I got lucky with my daycare selection the first time around. I have 2 children at this daycare and I am very blessed to have such a caring staff attending to my babies. They are always very understanding and I can tell they all genuinely care for my children. The daycare is always clean and they always make safety and health a top priority. They always have events and fun stuff going on for the kids to do. They have taught my children so much already. I love hearing the words "Mommy I had the best day!" from my daughter every time she leaves those doors (The other one does not talk yet but if she could I bet she'd say the same lol).
