Little Buzz Kingdom has been great for my son. He loves going to school to see his friends and his teachers. He is treated fairly and is properly cared for while in their care. We have not had any issues thus far in regards to the cleanliness of the establishment. I drop my son off most mornings and pick him up in the evenings and the school is clean and actually smells clean as well. We have not experienced any issues with the teachers or staff. The Director and Assistant Director are very aware and attentive. Everybody is polite and personable. The teachers make an effort to relay to the parents how the child's day was. I would definitely recommend Little Buss Kingdom to anybody in the area. I know that my decision to move my son to Little Buzz Kingdom was the best choice.
My twins have gone to Little Buzz off and on for 3 years. The staff at Little Buzz has been amazing since day 1. They are helpful, kind and love my twins like they are their own. I have never seen any sort of "uncleanliness" in the three years we have attended. I recommend this place to everyone I know. In fact, I live in Terrell, work in Lewisville and drive 45 min out of my way just so my kids can get the BEST education possible.
Please read between the lines alot of the negative reviews on here were from dismissed staff, this was fighting among the staff. The director whom i have spoke with was told and did a self report. Also the state has done a investigation in which the daycare has been cleared. My daughter (2 years old)has be going here for several months. Before coming here my daughter didn't not talk, did not know colors nor numbers or her ABC's. In the few short months she has been at Little Buzz Kingdom she put full sentences together, knows several of her ABC's as well as number. Im very happy with the quality of care my child is receiving. I would recommend this daycare to anyone.
If you pay close attention to detail there is crud and filth everywhere. The least of concerns is that your child is safe and well when you arrive. There is no clear sign of abuse or roughness, however, there isn't enough support for the caregivers. If the caregivers are struggling this may not be a safe environment to leave our children. Lack of cleanliness poses risk of health and can spread to others and snotty noses and diarrhea all around. I do not believe the caregivers are well-trained for the tasks they are given to educate, they may be overwhelmed by the number of children per ratio allowed by regulation. Each room has been filled to capacity. Care centers are not under enough criticism and scrutiny, however, they still charge a rate that isn't discounted according to the quality of service and care you receive.
WORST DAYCARE. Do not send your children. Just look at how many times they have been reported....is it really worth your child's safety? My son was hurt by two different teachers here. There are plenty of other licensed home care providers that will treat your child the correct way. & each time this review is flagged I will write another because parents need to know the truth about the bad things that happen here.
