The Little Blue Schoolhouse is not just a daycare - it's a family. Some of the students are there from 7 in the morning to 6 in the evening. With that being said - this is truly a second home for these children. They do everything but bathe when they are at The Little Blue Schoolhouse! I know some of the teachers personally, and they all pour out their heart and soul into their children and their respective classrooms. There is one main reason why this daycare is the longest operating daycare in Bastrop - and that's MS. LILA. She is by far, one of the most amazing women I have ever met. Her roots are apparent in her love for early childhood development and can always be counted on for quality child care. She hires staff that can not only meet state regulations, but can also meet the needs of a classroom. I highly recommend LBS and will stand tall in saying that this is the ONE daycare that holds true when it comes to the fundamentals of early childhood development. It takes love to raise a child. The Little Blue Schoolhouse is filled with nothing but love.

I love this place my kids been attending for a little over a year and they have learned so much. All of the teachers are so sweet. I totally recommend Little Blue SchoolHouse.
