This daycare is definitely not the place for your child if you are wanting good quality care and communication. They never have the same teacher's in the classroom and write ups are given out 3 to 5 minutes apart for things that any 3 year old would do like pulling hair or biting another child. But they will classify your child as a behverol problem and put them on a modified schedule and if you need a different time with the modifications they will not accommodate you and find new reasons to officially kick your child out. So with this being said I would look for a safer more friendly daycare for your child that has constant teacher's, communication and love for your child.
The therapy services provided at the center are great! The office staff and teachers are rude to parents and their employees. Always new teachers in my son room. They also don't change the kids diapers like they should I have picked my son up multiple occasions he was sitting in poop causing awful rashes weekly! I do not recommended bringing your child here!
Love, love this center, they are very professional and family oriented. My grandson loves going there every day. They are one big family and truly care about the needs of your child and are always willing to help in any way they possibly can. The only thing I see that can be improved upon is making sure they wash their hands more often. Other than that I give them a big thumbs 👍🏽 up!
This would be a great place if.. 1. They could find some continuity with staff..always different teachers. ( some not so friendly) 2. Office workers would take a class on being polite. 3. Get organized. Lost clothes in laundry. Never knew which pull ups were his. Was not consistant with the potty..My son held his pee all day because it wasnt communicated to different staff. 4. TAKE A CLASS ON BEING POLITE. THIS PLACE HAS THEE RUDEST FRONT OFFICE. Hot springs does NOT have a nice selection of daycares or centers for kids. This was pretty much my only option aside from home daycares in questionable neighborhoods.
