My 3 year old son goes this center and we absolutely love it. I was a teen mom so it was hard to find a place that did not belittle me or treat me differently once they realized I was the mother. Little Beginners has always treated me with the utmost respect, like they do all the other parents. My son was born extremely premature and has some developmental delays because of it. They have always worked with him and any therapists he may have to improve the areas of delays.. About a year ago we discovered that my son's biological father was physically abusing our son. Little Beginners, specifically, Freeda, took immediate action when they found his injuries and saved my son's life. Who knows how bad it would have gotten if she had not intervened. I trust my son with everybody at this center and they were an amazing support system through the difficult time to follow this incident. They did not pry into the situation and let my family have our privacy but let us know we could rely on them for anything. The staff at this center has become like family to us and we could not imagine anyone better to take care of our child.
We love little beginners. Our child just turned three and has gone to Little Beginners for two years. She loves school, her friends and all the staff. I’m at peace leaving her there everyday. It’s hard being a working mom. I’m thankful Little Beginners takes such good care of my daughter.
Our 2.5 year old son has been with this center since mid 2015. We absolutely love it! It is a small, quiet environment and we simply can't imagine him being anywhere else. Our older children unfortunately were in traditional "day cares" here in Lexington years ago--I wish Little Beginners had been around then! Most day cares/preschools are more like a zoo! Very loud, too many kids, teachers who are unqualified or simply don't care.... Little Beginners only hire teachers with a Degree and background in Child Care or Child Development---this is a HUGE deal! You can feel the difference when you walk into this building.....it's peaceful and the children love being there. Check it out for yourself and see how special this school is. Mrs. Frieda, Mrs. Amanda, Mrs. Tracy, Mrs. Debbie, Miss Lorainna & Metta are the best ever!!!! They will treat your children like they are family!!
Our 3 year old son has been at Little Beginners since he was 12 weeks old. Locally owned family run daycare with caring and wonderful staff. Love love love.
I did like them for a while, but the way they do things is not worth the money. You get way more quality service, elsewhere.
