Do not Take your Children here. I Personally Witnessed Staff members Yelling at some of the Kids in there care. About a week after i brought this to the of My Granddaughters Instructor. I was informed that she could no longer attend due to concerns for the Safety of the Staff. The Owner refused to talk to me about this so instead she had her 20 something Assistant talk to us about it. Her Assistant told me to my face that i was lying and making the accusation about the Verbal Abuse up. You can keep deleting my reviews about this Hell Hole but i will not go away. On a good note however the original instructors she had were the best. It was when she was moved to the Room next door The problems started. I told the Instructor if there was a problem to call me. They never did. Also when the place is closed for a Holiday or some other reason you will still get charged.

We currently attend LB Milsop Weirton location and LOVE it there. The teachers are all amazing and truly love my kids. It’s clean and the cook makes sure the kids get a variety of foods weekly. There is a gym for indoor play during cold or wet days and an amazing outdoor area and playground for nice days. I always get a full report of goings on at pick up and they are even willing to help me get my twins to the car if there is the extra staff or my kids are the last ones there. We are very happy with the new location

Worst daycare ever. They force their employees to come to work sick giving NO regard for the wellbeing of the children that they are taking care of. There was recently a staffer working with the kids while positive for Covid. It's just a matter of time until one of these kids become very sick or are injured because the staff caring for them are not well. This is the place that's caring for your children.

Do not take your kids here!! As the other reviewer mentioned, owner is NOT professional AT ALL!! She is more concerned about being "clique-y" w/ the employees whom she hangs out with personally, than the well-being of the children who are put in their hands for care so that their parents can try to earn enough money to pay her. And she is quick to show off what she does with the parents' hard earned money. Things got especially bad the last couple months my kids were there--you could staff yelling at children through closed doors as you walked down the halls, I had to make calls to the Health Department to take care of pressing issues she was much too busy to even look into. Once, I walked into the 3 year old room to get my child and, as I walked in, the staff member in charge (one of the owner's friends), was rather roughly putting a child in a chair in the back of the room for a time out. She was startled when she turned and saw me there and tried to brush it off. About the same time...perhaps within a week or so...the after school staff member--who never had any control over the kids in her care as there were repeated bullying issues, actually herself became the bully and called my child names and incited other children to do the same. 3 months before I took my kids out of that place, I had paid my bill and due to a banking error where my accounts were not linked as they normally were, the check bounced. I brought it to the owner's attention and told her that the problem was resolved (after speaking to my bank twice) and that she can either put it through again or just give it back to me and I will just cover it with my next payment. She claimed she did not have the check, nor have access to it b/c her bank just does whatever with it so we agreed that I would cover that check along with the next bill together....and that is what I did...and I have the emails and cancelled checks to prove it. Now, 5 months later, she just tried to have me arrested for that bounced check!! I don't even know how it is legal to lie about having someone's check when they cover it so as not to return it only to use it against them month's later. Despite having proof that she is in the wrong on this and that she is crooked, I had to pay the cost of the check and fees to magistrate court so as to avoid being arrested. Unlike her, I do not own a day care from which to inappropriately pay myself as opposed to taking care of the facility and perhaps keeping good staff members around. I am just a hard working single mother trying to get by...thus, no money for a lawyer. Therefore, I can only, for now at least, sit back and watch karma take over.

My little boy goes to LB Millsop & they treat him so well. All of the staff are super nice & keep me well informed. Highly recommend sending your child there!
