Would not trust this so called “childcare” daycare! They left my grandson in a full dirty diaper so long it dried on his bottom! He now has a severe diaper rash that has caused him to bleed! When his mother called the daycare to make them aware of this their response was that mistakes happen and he was probably overlooked! Seriously? How do you overlook a child that is in your care? This is neglect and someone not wanting to do their job! The woman in charge of his age group and who neglected my grandchild should be fired and not allowed to work with children of any age! She is extremely rude, disrespectful and is the reason we will no longer attend this daycare! Do not attend this daycare and allow your child be neglected by idiots!
I highly recommend not bringing your kids to this facility. My child has eczema break outside and no matter how many times I would take her to the doctor and get doctors notes they would call me to pick her up and call CPS on me over it. The director got snappy at me after I requested for them not to bathe her at daycare. I don't even want to mention what that had done to my 2 year old son while he was in their care.I can not explain the amount of emotional distress they have caused me and my children and I wish I could afford the legal actions I would like to.
Don’t let their so called “Christian” front fool you. They left my son in a loaded diaper that had dried and left him very raw! My wife called and their main response was “mistakes happen and we may have just overlooked him”. This is not the first time either. He has came home with clothes pee soaked as well. They’re rude and neglected my son for the last time! He also has came home in other children's clothes before.
They were very rude and judgementsl of my daughter when she would bring her baby in. They did not get in the floor to interact and monitor behaviors of the toddlers she would just sit in the chair on her phone. Once I picked my grandson up, he had a fever and was very sick. No one even called us. He had an injury at home and they added to and imbelished the circumstances with dishonesty. Not a loving caring environment at all!!!
It's more than a day care, it's a learning center with very professional and friendly staff. The inside is decorated with each weeks theme and they do a wonderful job. The children all seem happy and enjoy their time there. I would definitely recommend this place.
