What Parents Say
Little Angels LLC receives consistently high praise from parents, with particular emphasis on the caring and dedicated staff, especially teacher Brandi Fariss. Parents highlight the clean environment, engaging learning activities including STEM projects, and positive developmental outcomes for children from toddler through school-age programs.
I recently toured this facility and immediately decided against enrolling my children. The moment I walked in, the environment was chaotic and unprofessional. The front entryway smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the woman who answers the phone is consistently rude and dismissive. The front desk area was cluttered and disorganized, including what appeared to be the owner’s desk, which was so messy I have no idea how anything gets managed. In the kitchen, staff were not wearing gloves or hairnets, and there was a child sitting under a table watching an iPad—completely unsanitary and unacceptable. At the front desk, multiple children were lying on the floor, apparently for naptime, which did not seem safe or appropriate. From the doorway of one of the classrooms, I saw children climbing on furniture while a TV played something entirely noneducational. The teacher in that room spoke very little English and appeared to have no support, despite having roughly 15 children in his care. As I continued walking through the hallways, most classrooms were visibly dirty, and several staff members were on their phones instead of engaging with the children. I could also hear teachers yelling. Out of all the rooms I viewed, only one had a teacher who seemed attentive and appropriate. The playground was no better—trash scattered everywhere and toys that were completely inappropriate for the age groups present. When I drove by again later that afternoon, I saw what looked like 2–3-year-olds playing in the same area as 9–10-year-olds. One older child was picking up younger ones and throwing them, while the supervising teacher sat at a picnic table glued to her phone. Overall, the facility felt unclean, unprofessional, and unsafe. Many of the staff looked like they rolled out of bed and walked straight in, and neither the building nor the children appeared properly cared for. After asking around and hearing even more concerning stories, I honestly don't know how this daycare is still operating. My experience was extremely unpleasant, and I would never feel comfortable leaving my children there. edit: I also forgot to mention that numerous children looked like their diapers hadn't been changed at all. Just from glancing I could tell they were over filled and the children were waddling.
My son has been going to Little Angels for a short amount of time, but in that time he has loved it and I have as well! Mrs. Brandy and Danielle are so amazing and have helped in so many positive ways. Im happy to know my son is happy to go to school everyday! Thank you all!
We’ve been part of the Little Angels LLC family for 5 years now, and I can honestly say there’s nowhere else I’d want my 4 kids to be. The staff is caring, patient, and truly invested in each child’s growth and well-being. From the toddler room all the way up to the school-age program, my children have been supported, loved, and encouraged to learn and explore every step of the way. The communication with parents is excellent, and the environment is always clean, safe, and welcoming. My kids come home happy, excited to share what they’ve learned or created, and I love seeing how much they’ve grown both socially and academically. Thank you, Little Angels, for being such a special place in our lives! Highly recommend to any family looking for quality childcare with heart.
We love Ms. Brandi! The love she has for the kiddos in her class is truly amazing. She’s such a kind, trusting, and caring teacher. Would definitely recommend to others.
Little Angels gave my child such a great start for kindergarten. She had so much fun learning math and science. The Stem projects were amazing!! She was always treated with love and respect. She made lots of friends she still sees some of her class friends.
