I pulled my daughter out after a month of going here. I witnessed two adults sitting down watching my baby cry on the floor. Nobody tried to console her or anything (completely hurt my soul to see my baby on the floor crying and being ignored). Yeah, I took her out and enrolled her at another daycare that day. She used to cry every day at drop off and the teachers gave me bad reports on her almost daily. Now, she is happy at drop off and teachers say she is happy and give good reports daily.
My grandbaby attended this day care she's biracial it broke my heart when I found out that my daughter had to remove my grandchild because she was left crying when my daughter left no employee comforted her she's only 1year and 9months but as soon another child came through that door they both jumped up to embrace the little boy while my grandchild cried on the floor I was lost in words remind you these are babies they can't help themselves so all I can say I will continue to pray for this daycare and I pray that no parent or grandparent goes through the pain we went through with our innocent baby girl God bless y'all 🙏
Beware. We used this daycare for a month and took our kids out. It was a nightmare. Other parents complained, first they are always late. 15-30 minutes. Your kids stand in the dark while the employee walks around flipping the lights on and very unfriendly. We leave our kids in this type of care. Our daughter fell and was hurt they never told us, she did when we picked her up. We also bought mats from them, they never provided our kids with them. They slept on the floor. Horrible daycare center, please beware, your kids deserve better.
This is the best place in Marshall Texas to take your child if you want them to be truly taken care of. My oldest daughter is almost 5 years old and she's been going there since she was 16 months my youngest has been going there since she was four months. This place is amazing the owner Paula, Miss Tammy, Miss Tanya, and every single employee are the most wonderful people, if you're looking for a daycare this is the place!
Great place to have little ones in day care. Staff is friendly and welcoming. My kiddos enjoy and look forward to seeing there teachers each and every day
