Only send your child here if you don’t care about your child. My experience sending my child here was absolutely horrible. Staff is very unprofessional and impolite especially Brittany. My first impression of this daycare was bad. I should’ve trusted by instinct while she talked to a man at the door about his baby mama. I walked in on my 2 year old sons first day to drop him off I wasn’t greeted by anyone. They just grabbed my son‘s hand and took him to the kitchen to eat. They don’t hand you any type of handbook with their policies and procedures when you enroll your kid there they expect you to just drop your kid off and go.Britney’s attitude towards me since day one has been terrible. She has no professionalism in her tone. Her background says she was a pharmacist but she does carry herself or run a business as she has any education at all. She can’t even speak to people or handle constructive Criticism without getting her emotions involved. On my child very first day of daycare. I had forgot to pack his diapers in his backpack. She called my phone with an attitude about the matter. Instead of handling the situation professionally and politely she tells me and I quote “there were no diapers in the bag at all ma’am.n. Also the driver that they have to pick up children from school and home Dominque is very unorganized and very unreliable. His pick up schedule is supposed to be to be 8am-9:00am. Ever since my child was attending he never followed the schedule he would show up at random times in the morning without giving me any kind of notice that he would be late or early .Some days he would show up at 7:30am or after 9am which is very inconvenient on my part. He will call me every morning when he’s outside. due to the fact that he will show up at random times in the morning. I’d always try to call him first to see what time he’ll be coming because him showing up at random times would interfere with my schedule and what I have to do. I got a call from the director Britney telling me to stop calling his phone and just go through the Bright wheel app which is very illogical because if he’s calling me every morning with his phone number to tell me he’s outside. I feel like I should be able to call him in the morning to see what Coming to pick up my child and how is he gonna go through the app while he’s driving? Makes no sense whatsoever. Brittany does not like to take any type of accountability for her actions in her unprofessionalism. My son would always come home dirty there was even one event where they brought my son shoes home in a plastic bag saying that he stepped in poop does his daycare not have a spray bottle and gloves so they can sanitize and clean properly because why would I want to clean up another Child feces off my son shoes. I washed my hands with this daycare on 11/12/2025 after they misplaced the car seat I provided to them and said it was left In the van when the mechanic came to pick it up. Dominique had my son riding in the van without a car seat and put my son safety in Jeopardy. I was kind enough to not to call DCFS, but Brittany fail to take accountability or even apologize to me about the incident. Instead of figuring out a solution. Such as having someone in the back to hold him and monitor him or going to pick up my son’s car seat . Dominique felt like it was best to just take my son home with no car seat. in the van that he drives to pick up kids is dirty and already looks like they had a wreck before. While my two-year-old was a attendant he was sick every two weeks. He caught a bad case of hand foot and mouth disease. There was one event where I walked in and saw a kid eating on the floor by the doorway where people walk in I feel like that could be the reason why kids always sick here. Britney is too young and too irresponsible to run a business and shame on you Mr. Marty for being part of the reason why she’s unorganized and unprofessional. This daycare needs to be shut down.
Im writing this review, since day one the staff has been excellent. I’ve always felt my babies was happy, healthy, safe, and loved.!!! The staff is always pleasant, groomed, and ready to care for my (our) kids each day. The center is very clean inside and out. Ive recommended this center to family and friends and they joined as well.! This is the place to send your kids!💜💜
I have 2 kids that attend this center and i love it. From the directors to the teachers. I’m more than comfortable with leaving my 2 year old & 8 month old there Monday thru Friday. My 2 year old knows how to safe play & is more vocal than ever. My 8months old is happy every time i pick & drop him off. If you want your kids in a safe , fun & living environment bring them to Gabriel Development Academy. Valley & Brave Mom
Both of my children go here, one after school, and one full time. I love how my children are cared for. My youngest child really took to Mrs. Liz and Mrs. Monica. They are lovely ladies who care and teach the children in their care.
I can honestly say I love this place and so does both my kids they make the kids very comfortable and their first priority is the kids they make you aware of anything that go on with your child my son been there almost a year and they are part of the reason he is talking !!!!
