This place does not tend to children's needs or any proper rules of a "child care". Children seem to be constantly neglected as all of the "teachers" are teenage girls that cannot get off their phones long enough to pay attention to the children. All I have witnessed is the children constantly watching tv and doing absolutely nothing throughout the day, no activities, and no learning. Not to mention, the food they are given there is all canned and unhealthy foods. They have some sort of cookie or different cracker every day for snack. It is not a very clean or welcoming environment for children. I have had many incidents where my child has been hurt, and i have not received reports, and most of the time the young teenage girls working don't even realize a child has been injured. I do not reccomend this place as we had constant issues here with no solutions.
The owner and care-givers at Little Acres really love the kids. I have been so pleased with how loving they are towards my two daughters. I have been taking my oldest there since 2012 and they treat us like family. The food is made from scratch by the owner every day and the facility and toys are thoroughly cleaned every evening after the kids go home. Little Acres provides a personal touch and I feel confident my kids are being well cared for and loved there.
Both of my boys went to Little Acres and had great experiences! What my wife and I loved most was that the teachers have been there for years and that my boys were able to develop special bonds with them! We felt comfortable leaving our children and they looked forward to going to "school" everyday. Mrs. Joanne and Mr. Larry are very special people, loving and caring, what more can you ask for? My children went through the Pre K program and both on target when it was time for elementary school. I definitely would recommend Little Acres!
A daycare that truly cares! Little Acres treats my child as their own. They are responsive to my questions with day to day happenings. My son never cries when I drop him off and they always greet him with a hug and smile.
I have had my daughter here since 2014 and my son since 2016. From the moment we took the tour Little Acres felt like home. Everyone treats you like family and I have always felt my children are safe here. I wouldn't want my kids anywhere else. Their PreK program is also amazing!
