I got called for the waitlist for the housing voucher for this neighborhood in the summer …I did my application in aug, was told I would move in September. That never happened, they had me come back and re do my application Nov 7th told me that I could potentially move in after Thanksgiving (inspections) As of today, December 22… I’m being told January or February…..If you’re homeless and waiting on your housing voucher, don’t count on this place at all. Whenever you call, they either don’t answer or they tell you something different from the last person. they will tell you to follow up for updates by email but those get ignored too. Woodside village & pathsco / paths communities really dropped the ball here. It’s winter and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one waiting on an apartment with children Update: telling me to reach out to the office when I just wrote a review about the office being unresponsive is funny and counterproductive. Shows everyone exactly what they’re dealing with. Happy Holidays ..

If I could give this a -5 Stars I would however you're only allowed to go as low as one. To say that I'm extremely disappointed because they came highly recommended by someone at the community service agency, is an understatement. This process for me and my family has been going on for the past three or four months. In the process of waiting to move into an apartment. Just to be met with people lying saying they're not in the office, they were on vacation (when they just started) or that they were busy and had a heavy workload and that they couldn't send a quick an email or make a quick phone call to let you know that there was going to be a delay, is absolutely diabolical. My family and I were recently told that we could move, got email welcoming us community and everything, so we gave up our place and now we're living in our car until we found another place because they couldn't make arrangements for us to stay at our current place. Meanwhile, all Woodside's management does it's just make excuses, not even an I'm sorry or nothing just excuses. At this point I just want my money back so I can get my children into a safe place and cut ties with the whole situation.

To respond to the owner, what's the point of calling the office when they don't answer the phone and have a million excuse. How about just fix the problem. I have seen five pol on here claiming they got their place quickly and I put my application in in May, got called in in June and was told in July we were good to but now it is almost September and still can't move in, all the while still paying a light bill. All I can say is be careful. The place looks nice but the staff is very unprofessional. They will have you pay your money and you will never move in they will waste your time and not even care. On three separate occasions they told me that we were ready to move in and when it came down to move in they changed your date we even got the lights turned in and have paid for rental truck and still when we got ready to move in they told us that our apartment was not ready it was not the fact that the stuff was not ready but the fact that they waited until literally 1 hour beforehand to let us know anything and it was almost like they could really care less how inconvenience in this is when they could have just told us days in advance instead of waiting until the time of and already got all of our paperwork paid all around money got our lights transfer everything and paying bills for lights that we never even get it a chance to stay in the place. Sometimes customer courtesy beats discounts, like " how about don't waste my time and cost me unnecessary money" who do you talk to obviously the manager is in with it what the other people because it makes no sense that you would tell someone that or ready to move in to get the lights turned on and when they do all of this the manager just sits there like oh well and does nothing about it this is absolutely insane but it's supposed to be some kind of income based apartment you get the same price that everybody else does that's fine no issue but why would you have people wait and cost money and spend money for absolutely no reason this economy is already struggling and you intentionally do things to make it difficult on people that makes absolutely no sense to me but I guess as long as you got a place to go to at night and you got a place for your kids to lay their head it doesn't matter this place is absolutely ridiculous and I regret the baby that it was recommended to me by real estate agent.

THERE IS TRASH EVERYWHERE AND I DO MEAN EVERYWHERE IT LOOKS LIKE A WASTE FIELD JUST RIDE AROUND ANY TIME OF THE DAY I MEAN JUST BRING YOUR OWN TRASH-BAGS TO HELP ADD DECORATIONS TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD PLEASE DONT WASTE ANY MONEY HERE DONT LISTEN TO THE FAKE REVIEWS EITHER THEY ALSO HAVE BLACK BOXES AROUND FOR THE RATS AND WELL NO MATTER HOW CLEAR YOU ARE YOUR APARTMENT WILL STILL BE INFESTED WITH ROACHES UPDATE: THERE ARE MICE, RATS, ROACHES, SPIDERS, AND EVERYTHING IN EVERY BUILDING AND THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT BUT WORRIED ABOUT FIXING A POOL ! DONT MOVE HERE PLUS BLACK MOLD IS MAKING ME SICK IM DEFINITELY GOING TO CONTACT EVERY NEWS STATION AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ABOUT THIS ISSUE Update: Nov… I caught 10 rats now and they still haven’t done anything about this problem every building in their neighborhood has rats! I’m tired of spending money killing them. I’m close to calling the news station at this point ! Update: Nov 15 I have caught 16 rats now UPDATE NOV 18th 2023 : A RAT JUMPED IN MY TUB WHILE I WAS TAKING A SHOWER IM SO FED UP AT THIS POINT ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Update: April 27 Move here if you want to keep killing rats I can’t wait until I get approved for my new apartment

The rental Agent Cam did a wonderful job by getting me in my new apartment because it's low profit and it's private...I love the nature, I also love the fact that it's a quiet neighborhood. SB the business center did it for me.
