PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and will try to charge you for absolutely anything—with little to no warning. On 1/14/26, my car was towed due to a contract this apartment complex has with Eagle Towing. A few weeks prior, I noticed a sticker placed on my car and immediately went to the office to ask about it. I was told to “take it up with the towing company” and to “just make sure your tags are up to date.” That was it—no further explanation or warning about immediate towing risk. Fast forward: my car (which I rely on for income) had been off the property for about a week. It returned late the night of 1/13/26 after a long day, and I planned to put the sticker back on in the morning. Instead, with no warning, I woke up to my car being towed. I explained the situation, but they stated that because the sticker was not visible at that exact moment, my car had to be taken—even though it is fully registered with the state. I was forced to pay $250 to retrieve it. I just got my car back last night I could’ve easily took my tag info to the leasing office if I would’ve known. I didn’t even get the chance This is unacceptable and predatory behavior. Beware—your vehicle is always at risk here. That’s just one issue. Before moving in, it took over 20 attempts to get mold addressed during the inspection. Instead of proper repairs, they simply painted over it. Management rushed me to move in even though the apartment was in poor condition. Repairs take forever, and I still have unresolved issues. While staff may claim they “work hard,” it’s very clear they do not care about their tenants. It feels like management and towing companies are working together to take advantage of residents. Apartments should make you feel safe and welcomed—this place does the opposite. They know exactly which cars belong to residents, yet make no effort to communicate before towing. Meanwhile, they expect rent paid on time without fail. Please think twice before moving here. Good luck with your apartment search—but I strongly recommend reconsidering this complex.
Mr.Nolasco was amazing! He got my request done in minutes and everything was perfect. 10/10 I’ve lived here for 3 almost 4 years and every request I have had, has been taken care of and met in a timely manner. I highly recommend these apartments.
I had a wonderful experience touring the community with Abigail! She was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Abigail took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Her enthusiasm for the community was clear, and she highlighted all the best features of the property in a way that was both informative and engaging. The community itself is absolutely beautiful, and Abigail made the tour even more enjoyable with her warm and helpful attitude. Thank you, Abigail, for such a great experience!
When I first moved in 8 years ago, everything was great. After changes to the entire management team, not so much. The apartments are pretty from the outside. They are roach infested and mold infested. Kids that bang on your door or egg your window. Parking space is a huge problem, a unit sometimes has 4-5 cars and only uses 1or 2 cars. Utility trailers, box trucks, business cars, fixer upper that never get moved, parking spaces get used up quickly. I have 1 car and sometimes struggle to be find a space. Management doesn’t do much to facilitate the fair use of parking spaces. When you bring up to their attention, they have their hands tied. Gates are always open. At times I don’t feel safe. There has been robbery, shooting, and break-ins. A person was shot in the neck (you can look it up, it’s online) Management does not seem care for your safety, all they bring up when you say something they don’t like, is the contract you sign. For security reasons, I placed a work order for the lights on the breezeway in case someone knocks my door during dark hours I can see who it is. I talk to one of the workers about it, she did nothing. Few days later talk to Christina the manager about it, she said she’d make sure it’s done because that is their responsibility, 2 weeks later- nothing. The picture shows my door during dark hours. Update: William, the maintenance man, fix the light after he noticed on his own that it needed repair. William is a good guy, he deserves a raise.
I've been a resident at Wood Terrace Apartments for eight years, and I'd like to highlight the excellent work they're doing at the apartments. I especially want to recognize Mr. William from maintenance. He never disappoints and solves everything efficiently. He quickly identifies problems and resolves them in a clean and organized manner, making sure everything is working properly before leaving. I always ask Mr. William for help with any problems I encounter at the apartment.
