Yeah been here over 15 years it’s great here your pet can live here without a pet deposit for as long as he wants until you express your concerns about the issues going on the property You can even live rent free here for three months and if you don’t bring it to the attention, They absolutely have no idea. The computer room is great then computers always work…not!! the fitness center is the cleanest thing I’ve ever seen in my life and it always works too ..not!!! the AC it’s cold and good all the time and when It breakd they come right on and fix it even if it’s after hours…not!!! The staff here they’re so compassionate they really care about you and your mental health as well as your financial struggles like all, Americans have at some point even them …not!!! when you have a complaint and they don’t like it they they find every reason in the book get it put in an eviction notice on your door… then when you speak to upper management the worst, especially ODEssa love. They don’t know how to communicate as a staff. They have no compassion they talk to you like you are beneath them you have to beg for corporate office phone number and when they give it to you it’s the wrong one I was on the phone with Katrina for eight minutes and 37 seconds before she gave me the corporate office number and it was wrong had to re-search myself. And in my research I found out this company Highmark Residential has so many class action suit against it. They had one death related to not responding to maintenance request this year 2025 they are in court battles right now today bucuz of colluding with other companies about rent prices and currently as we speak they have a lawsuit against them in Brooklyn New York about the same thing that I’m complaining about right now in another state right now as we speak in 2025 concurrently. This Has to be put to an end right now for the others who want to move into this apartment community after me and it’s infested with roaches. I’ve been here 15 years and never had a problem until my daughter complained on my behalf bucuz I was afraid of eviction if I ruffled feathers (and it did) and the manager got upset. The buck stops here. With me!🤷🏿‍♂️ Oh yeah, the manager Enrike he is so compassionate is so great and such a living. Legend, Martin Luther King would be so proud.!!!! I've only been here for a few months 3-2025 and Mrs Cassandra as wonderful and super sweet and kind. I like the complex it's quiet all the time. And I don't care for the 3rd floor as much but I like the community. Ilike how they give different optionsto pay your rent you don't find many places that do that. I have not had any major problems with my place or my neighbors they're nice people. I love the area so many different places to go eat and the Mall of Georgia is like right there. But overall I love my place and my complex.

Haven't had any real serious issues with this community. Simple way to pay rent and I have decent neighbors. Rent is getting high but is still somewhat affordable for the area. If you are choosing to try to live at this community do not expect anything new the apartment complex is pretty dated and if you're looking for a more modern style apartment then do not look here. Staff is nice and maintenance is pretty good as well.

We had the worst experience ever, we rent the apartment 2123 and couldn’t sleep inside during the 9 days that we had to leave our furniture there, because of the unhealthy environment, the disgusting odor and infestation of cockroaches; after over a month of waiting due to the promise of new kitchen cabinets, chemicals cleaning bathrooms, new appliances, pest control we received the apartment without any of these promises, they painted the kitchen over dirty cabinets, on top of the bugs , we got old appliances and the entire apartment full of cockroaches. We let them know about this conditions the next day and they ask us to wait for a week to see if they can control the infestation of cockroaches but they couldn’t; and on top of it, they charged us $500 for leaving our furniture there until we find a new place to live, they are LIARS do not rent there you are going to regret, the price can be low than the rest of the complex around Buford but nothing pays off to live in a clean house.
