I’ve been leaving here for the past 15years and over, working with different facilities and management workers here in magnolia apartment but this particular lady Angela is Godsend person. She knows how to handle frustrated tenants when they are in need of any assistance professionally. Incase of any issues, she’s willing to go beyond and above just to help and she’s pretty too 👌.Also I would like to extend my profound appreciation to the maintenance team for their hard working any time I called for their assistance. Angela please keep the good work that you doing and if nobody sees them l promise God and I knows it okay?Thanks for my new stove

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Angela in the leasing office. From day one, she has been warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, Angela responds quickly and with so much patience, making sure everything is clearly explained and taken care of. She truly goes above and beyond for residents—whether it’s helping with paperwork, following up on maintenance requests, or simply greeting you with a genuine smile that makes you feel at home. You can tell she really cares about the people who live here, not just the building. Magnolia Village has gone through some truly positive and noticeable changes, and much of that is thanks to the leadership of Isaiah Cromartie, Community Director, and Angela Glenn, Assistant Director. They are two of the most driven, passionate, and genuinely caring property managers I have ever experienced. Communication with residents has greatly improved, and it finally feels like concerns are being heard and addressed in a timely, respectful way. The **quality of life upgrades** around the community have also been significant — including **repairing the broken gate, updating the building trim, pressure washing balconies and common areas, repainting parking spots, and adding new lighting to the playground**, among a multitude of other improvements. These changes have made a real difference in both the appearance and safety of the community. It’s clear that the management team truly takes pride in Magnolia Village and is actively invested in making it a better place to live every day. I genuinely appreciate the effort, dedication, and vision being put into this property.

I have been living here at Magnolia Village 18 1/2 years I really haven't had any problems living hereexcept When someone moves in with a pet And they let the animal urinate From the third floor of their patio and it came down on me it was raining on my head dog pissthey use their patio as a dog house or cat house And another incident I've had more kitty litter and cat food on my patio from the second floor I wouldn't do that to my neighbors as of right now my new neighbors they don't have any pets so I'm OK but I always worry about that ever happened again every time somebody moves out And I get new neighbors. The first thing I asked do you have any pet cause "I will move"

My mother and I have been living here for years now. The play and sports area are not what it used to be, and the rent has went up. We now have residents who are too lazy to throw their trash away properly, and the staff is not professional. I had to walk up three times to the office to get a maintenance request for the ac in the house and the dishwasher through them because I cant log into the website. its been probably about two months and they still haven't gotten anyone for it.
