I have lived here for around 10 years now. I love liveing here. The staff has always be great to me. Any where you live has the good with the bad. After my wife passed away they helped me so much for this i will always be gratefull. I have never had any trouble with maintances they do come and fix what is wrong. Yes sometimes it takes a while but there are a lot of aprtments here. To sum it up it is a good place to live.

I love living here so much. The office team is amazing they have helped me and my roommates so much. I’ve only had to call maintenance once and they came immediately to help me. The apartments are beautiful and well kept and landscaping is always done. They have made both my move in process a breeze and I would recommend magnolia to any and all my friends. Large rooms, great kitchen, the 9ft ceilings and the good sized closets are my favorite qualities of the apartment. I feel safe either that be in the neighborhood, the stairway or my apartment I feel secure and love the people who live here as well. 10/10 experience and a 10/10 place to live. Great place for kids as well, I always see them playing on the basketball court and the playground when we get home from work :)

Magnolia Lake is a beautiful place. The apartments are so neat and tidy, and we haven’t had any major, non fixable, time consuming issues whatsoever. You could tell these apartments were deep cleaned, not even a spec of unwanted dirt! The rooms are spacious, and you can decorate (even paint) if you wanted to! The office staff are truly amazing—They also work with you and help to get you in quick!—especially Carrel. She was beyond helpful in our moving in process, and very patient with the three of us. She went above and beyond for my roommates and I. If you choose to come to this beautiful community, you are coming Home.

My time at Magnolia Lake was great. This was my first ever apartment out of college and may I say it was a great one. I never had any problems that management and/or maintenance could not handle. Both management team and maintenance team were great and my apartment and community were well taken care of. Thank y’all so much for the experience! You will be missed.

I've been living here almost 3 years and in them years of being here it has been great!! Tiffany, Jamar and Carrel are a awesome team. They will assist you as much as possible. While in the office they will make sure u are comfortable and you have been helped. Before Co-Vid19 my kids enjoyed playing on the playground and going swimming doing the summer. The event's that the office have around Halloween and the making sure the family's had a meal for the holidays let you know this is a caring neighborhood.. The respond for the maintenance team is awesome as well they come in and make sure it's done right the first time and in a timely manner. The landscape is always groomed and tidy. Me and my kids feel good calling this home!!
