I didn't realize my air conditioning unit was not working until around 4:30 on Friday evening. As my apartment started getting warm I panicked, Thinking there was no way maintenance would be able to get to me at the end of the day before the weekend. I put my maintenance report in around 4:40. Maintenance was out around 5:15 took him 20 minutes and my air was working again and cold as ice.
I just want to say I Lived here at Magnolia Creste for about 13years and I have never had any complaints. When I need maintenance they are there and get the job done and they are very respectful. And I also think that if you have children it is a very peaceful and nice place to raise them. I like that they keep the grounds clean and clear for your Children to play. I love living here it is peaceful and Quiet. I would recommend some body to Live here at Magnolia Creste .
While they are nice enough, these are not income based apartments. They are tax credit only. If you’re trying to find income based housing with SSI this is not the place.
My husband & I looked online at these & were really excited about these. It said there was one 3/2 apt available. We went today to inquire about more information and I was really turned off with the energy we were met with. My husband was very polite & said hello we are interested in info on your 3 bedrooms & your community. The woman in the office never offered us a seat or any information. She said our 3 bedrooms are very hard to get into, they’re gone fast, I don’t have any. I can’t give you any information on when they’re available someone has to let us know if they want to move out first. It just really rubbed us the wrong way like she didn’t want us there. I get not having them available and the website maybe not being updated yet. However, it wasn’t welcoming & we left with no other information offered.
I love living here. Pandora and Deidra are the best in the office. I absolutely love Stan in the maintenance department. He always repairs any maintenance issues to the best possible quality. Stan has been a great addition to the maintenance department. His work is impeccable! Love living here!
