From start to finish Tasha Ramos the leasing manager is very professional, stayed in touch and explained the entire process no calls or questions went unanswered. The community was clean and maintained. I rode thru twice two different times and both times everything was nice. The renovations are great I’m glad to have a management that cares

Some of these reviews are from bots so please beware. I lived here for a year, and please, while the staff is friendly it is a terrible place to live. I saw a kid get shot and collapse onto the ground while sitting on my balcony. Many shootings right at your doorstep, literally right outside, like so many shootings it becomes comical. There are options with the same pricing in better areas, and better just meaning you can go outside without fear something will happen to you.

Since Asset Living took over The Sapphire Apartments, I’ve noticed significant improvements. The interior and exterior renovations have enhanced both the appearance and functionality of daily living. Efforts to maintain cleanliness in the common areas are evident, contributing to a more pleasant environment. As a long-term resident, I’m pleased with the positive direction the community is heading. I was recently upgraded to a new four-bedroom apartment at no additional cost, and I absolutely love it. While some negative reviews may stem from past issues, it’s clear that the management is committed to ongoing improvements. Special thanks to Toya and Natasha for their dedication and hard work. Their efforts have made a noticeable difference in the community. Overall, The Sapphire Apartments have come a long way, and I look forward to seeing continued progress.

Thanks to Ja’breya we got approved for a apartment within 2 weeks! She was very helpful and patient during the entire process… she also has a wonderful personality and young ✨✨✨🤍😇 it’s good to see young people caring and take the job seriously! She really should be promoted! And on the last day Toya was helpful too with explaining everything we needed to know about how we got approved!

The staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The property is well-kept, with clean common areas and nicely maintained landscaping. My apartment is spacious, quiet, and feels safe, which is very important to me. Parking is convenient, and the location makes it easy to get to stores, restaurants, and work. Overall, this community feels welcoming, and I’m glad I chose to live here.
