Karey is amazing! She is so compassionate, professional, motivational, friendly, and made the process so much less stressful than it could have been!

Things still haven't changed much except for two new treadmills. Kids all over the place, inconsiderate neighbors with noise levels, people roaming around who don't work. I am not sure why we are asked "How Are We doing?" when people voicing their concerns and input doesn't change anything around here. Hopefully this will change into just a working class complex with respectable people soon. Maybe having people in the leasing office who truly care about what happens in the complex could really turn this place around. Get rid of the Section 8 residents!!! Do NOT move here if you value your peace, the way your place look or want to have respectful neighbors! You would think we were living on the East or Southside of Atlanta. Perfect example of you get what you pay for! Which is truly sad in a sense especially when you aren't living here for free but at a reasonable price.

Hi writing this to reach attention. Tannisha (the manager) is very rude and disrespectful. I reached out early October of last year when my situation wasn’t the best to inquire about the low income housing they have. She told me they don’t have that when someone who was living here referred me to the property because they thought it would be a good fit because of my situation that I was in back then. My situation has changed and I reached back out to the community and this is how I was greeted. I just found it very weird, the entire interaction. It definitely felt as if she just didn’t want me to rent here. I told her my situation had changed and she didn’t care. I asked to speak to someone above her and she stated she is the manager. I also asked for the conversation she claims we had two weeks ago ( I never called two weeks ago) I would like the recorded audio she says we had which did not happen. If you’re a manager why would you treat people this way. How could a company have someone so unprofessional, insensitive and rude in authority?

I have had 3 teams of people in my unit. The work was 5 star but The only person that respected my carpet by taking off his shoes or wore shoe covers was the Cobblestone Landing maintenance man. Please make sure all maintenance people have shoe covers. I had to reclean several spots in the carpet. Also plumbers made a terrible mess outside my door and didn't have the decency to clean up their mess.

Almost Perfect! My most recent online maintenance request got caught in the weather advisory. After a reasonable amount of time without repair, I phone the front office. I was promised an update and a same day repair. I received both in a timely fashion.
