My daughter has loved it, and felt at home at Nature's Way since starting there over 2 years ago. The staff and teachers are wonderful and care for my children as if they were their own. We have never had any issues with the care that she received, and i know transparency with families, regarding any issues is a top priority of the school. We also love all of the animals around, inside and out!

If you ever feel the need to leave a review when dissatisfied, the owner Kay will terminate care. If anybody needs proof of anything in this review feel free to reach out. The owner of this place is irrational and lashes out when she's called out for wrongdoings. My daughter goes here. We have had a couple problems over the last year. We did have a reoccurring problem with them not changing her diaper for 4+ hours at a time which is illegal, it is mandated by the state that they must change them at LEAST every 2. I had to bring this to their attention 4 times before I was able to meet with a director and resolve this. She still comes home frequently with diaper rash that we have to clear ourselves over the weekend. There was also an incident where a staff member told everyone she had spread meningitis to the entire center. This resulted in me bringing my daughter to the doctor for a very painful very strong preventative antibiotic shot. Only to find out a day later that this staff was lying and the entire scare was for nothing. No accommodations or compensation was given for this at all. I am writing this review today, because it has been brought to our attention that RSV is going around the center. In response to this, they have closed my daughter's classroom for the entire week with less than 24 hours notice. This is a scary illness and my probably is absolutely not with them closing rooms for everyone's safety. My problem is that they have offered no discount or accommodations for children who have tested negative, and are expecting full pay for the entire week they closed. This leaves me losing an entire week of pay at work to take care of my daughter, and still having to pay the owner full price. I spoke with the director about my frustration regarding this, and her only response was "it is our policy" and threatened me to "read the parent handbook" when I became upset about the situation. This was handled incredibly poorly and I suggest and prospective families thoroughly consider the repercussions of their "policy" when illness inevitably spreads in a daycare. I also wanted to mention that they solicit reviews for money which is against Google policy. You are not allowed to offer incentives of any kind in exchange for reviews, I will attach a photo of the form they sent to all families of the center recently. Any reviews given in the last month are against the FTC.

My 4 yr old and 5 month old just recently started. First time ive ever had to put an infant in care. Truly thankful for the care and attentiveness we have received so far! It gives this momma a peace of mind knowing her baby is loved. They are so quick with alerts too informing us of important details!

MOST OF THE GOOD REVIEWS YOU SEE ARE FROM THE COMPANY OFFERING RAFFLE MONEY FOR GOOD REVIEWS, SOMETHING THAT VIOLATES GOOGLE REVIEW POLICY BY THE WAY! An employee lied about having meningitis & they created a huge health scare in which I had to take my daughter to receive numerous antibiotic shots in fear that she could have caught it, only for them to later on say that the employee lied in which only proves that they don’t even make sure to receive proof or make sure of the facts themselves. They neglect your child where my daughter almost always came home with a rash from not being changed, they do a poor job of reporting unless you go out of your way to make sure they do their job as we have had to multiple times. The owner refuses to compensate for the traumatic meningitis incident & is now refusing to compensate for a current RSV incident where they are charging parents even though they themselves are closing the school down for a week, you take my money but are punishing us for something we didn’t do? Sounds illegal, overall just malicious behavior. Also Kay will terminate your childcare if she’s upset enough!

Kay and her team have been a partner for our Soccer Stars and Amazing Athletes franchise from day one. When we approached them as new franchisees in southern NH in 2024 offering fun and educational sports enrichment programs, their reaction was immediately “let’s do this!”. Since then we have been blessed to work with their amazing team and kids in their care to deliver over a year’s worth of lessons at their facility. And the impact on the kids is just a reward in itself. We had kids who were scared, insecure, intimidated at start, only to see them take off like a rocket in their development. Things that would make them shy away from sports at first suddenly became second nature to them after just a few visits. My favorite moment is still when this one kid that basically cried through the first two sessions was sitting waiting for us coaches on the mat a month later, winking at us and going “sup coach Wolf, how you doing, brought my elder sister for camp today and I’ll be showing her how it works”. 🤩 Nature’s Way is the cozy, comfy, loving, relaxed, easy going kind of daycare. Staff cares deeply about every kid with all their strengths and challenges. It’s a warm place for your kid to grow.
