What Parents Say
These reviews appear to be for Lindsey Hopkins Technical College, not a childcare center. The facility is praised as an excellent adult education and career training institution with strong programs and dedicated faculty, though some reviews criticize the front desk and registration office staff for being unprofessional and unhelpful.
I have been a student at Lindsey Hopkins Technical College since 2018, and it has changed my life. I started in the ESOL program, moved into vocational training as a Nutritionist, and I am now a Registered Nurse. This school supports me every step of the way! The faculty and staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Giselle Valdez in the Business Department. I have known her since she was a cashier, and she has always been professional, helpful, and welcoming. Her great personality and warm smile make a huge difference for the students here. If you are looking for a place to start your career and grow, I highly recommend this college!
Lindsey Hopkins’ Early Childhood Education program is amazing! The classes are hands-on, inspiring, and truly prepare you for the field. Mrs. T is the heart of it all! passionate, patient, and always uplifting. She makes learning exciting and motivates every student to succeed. Highly recommend this program!
Yea so I was going to call to apply for the GED program but the operator sounded so miserable she did not even let me finish and cutt me off and try to get me transferred to someone else which was the counselor the operator sounded so miserable and unprofessional. Give her some training and to sound more happy over the phone. Miami dade college it is lol but thanks Lindsey Hopkins! The reviews are great but your operator pushed me to another direction. This is who represents the school she’s the first point of contact she should sound happy. God bless.
This school has the worst service. The people at the front desk registration act like they do not get paid enough to be here and help student. They are talking to me like they have generational grudge with me, they are VERY unprofessional. A McDonald's worker has better attitude then them. This school needs to do better.
Everyone was nice until I got to the regristation office. If these are the people that the students have to go to before they start a class they will have little to no satisfied students. 1 girl behind a window was nice and smiling so I went to her for help but she had to send me to the front where everyone looked like they hate their jobs. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE looked miserable, there was one guy with big bulging eyes who looked like if someone approached him he would send them away. One lady took me in the back to her office and her arrogance definitely made me say no thanks. She kept trying to speak at me instead of with me. I decided to no longer enroll due to the atmosphere of this office. Seriously they need better staff in that office…
