We love Linda’s! Our son has been going here for a little over a year now, and we could not be more grateful to Linda, Diane and the wonderful teachers. Our son (who is now 3) was previously enrolled in a larger franchise daycare in another town, and while we really tried to give it a fair shot, I was pretty unhappy with certain things about how it was run — and my son absolutely did not like it there, and would cry every time we dropped him off for months. Within the first week after we moved to Linda’s, our son would happily go into school during drop off, no tears. A year later, he’s thriving, and is always so excited to go to school. We’re always so impressed by some of the new skills and songs he’s learning, and he loves to share stories about his day with his teachers and his friends. It is wonderful to know that this daycare is filled with caregivers who truly know and care for our son and the other children, and we’re so happy to be part of the Linda’s Pumpkin Patch family!
This is a Family owned business. The two owners are always there, they maintain the property's exterior and interior to perfection. The class rooms/Playrooms are very neat, clean and orderly. We have our daughter there 5 days full time from the age of 12 months. She was cared for from the infant room and now growing in the toddler room. We feel she is being watched over and cared for in the most appropriate manor. We have no other plans to move our daughter from Linda's until she is ready for public school. The entire Staff is professional and caring.
My daughter has attended Linda’s Pumpkin Patch for about a year now. My family and I are still in awe everyday seeing all the crafts she comes home with and everything she learns. She excitedly goes to school every morning and comes home with an even bigger smile on her face as she tells us about her day. The teachers have been there for years which says a lot about the environment. The owners truly love the children and watching them grow. Just recently they received their license renewal through the state with “unicorn status” which is unheard of and means they had a perfect license renewal adhering to over 700 regulations and 200 COVID requirements. A mother could not ask to put their child in a better set of hands. Thank you Pumpkin Patch for providing our daughter with the best possible care!!!
Both of our kids went to pumpkin patch for 6 and half years and both of them graduated from there. They are outstanding. Diane and Linda are wonderful owners and it’s such a nurturing place. Jenn who is head of preschool and Maureen head of pre K are both nurturing and great and the assistants are also. We can’t say enough wonderful things about the place and miss it so much. Both of our kids loved it there and were beyond ready for Kindergarten.
I could not have asked for a greater experience for my children. The staff is amazing and caring and it begins with the owners. This isn't a place staffed by teenagers who aren't really paying attention to your children. Everyone cares and work together for a true family atmosphere. They're not just a baby sitting service. They provide a great educational foundation that truly prepares children for kindergarten. Their holiday shows / events and graduation are amazing! I am eternally grateful for all they've done for my children and family.
