We love Little Southern Academy. We love it because Mrs. Amanda treats my son like her own, and he looks forward to seeing her every morning. The prices are reasonable as well. All of the staff have the children's best interest at heart.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. My 2 year old daughter started Monday and her last day was Tuesday. Ms KeeKee decided to tell me my daughter was a “crybaby” even after I explained to them that she has been kept by family members since birth and would be upset. Her pants smelled like poop, like she had a dirty diaper and some got on her pants. She had a change of clothes so she should have been changed. If they’re bold enough to call your child a name to your face, think about what they say when you’re not around. Edit since they want to lie about giving me my money back : I paid $404 for 2 weeks and did not receive any money back because “we don’t do refunds”. When I paid the deposit which was $35, I gave them $40 and didn’t receive any change either. I didn’t pocket anything. I wasn’t even given a receipt for the $404 so I have nothing to show as far as a payment so your staff pocketed my money. I even called the daycare after reading the response and the director reiterated that they do not give refunds and that the owner is who replied to my review. I’m pretty sure it was the director who replied because she was rushing me off the phone and all she could say was okay. You need to check your staff!
The most unorganized place ever.They switch teachers daily it's insane. I've picked my child up without a diaper they gave his jacket away to another child when they have their own hooks and cubbies labeled with their names. I've picked my son up wearing another child's shirt never got MY CHILDS shirt back they almost sent him home in another child's coat they gave me a blanket that did not belong to my child and on top of that I'm pretty sure they're pocketing money DO YOURE RESEARCH reviews go back years stating that parents haven't received receipts or have been told they owe a balance when they do not I know this is happening for sure because this has also happened to me multiple times!!! I was also told to pick my child up because they lost power I get there and the power is on no one bothered to reach out therefore I missed work for what? Stupidity. Do not waste your time or money
My kids have been here about a month and while my daughter has stranger danger she is warming up to the staff and vice versa. They nurture my son's thirst for learning and never miss a chance to tell me how smart he is or pat me on the back for him being advanced. As a mom, that is so very appreciated, especially when there's always a worry that you're not.
Love the hunger games? Good. Because that's exactly what your 7 year old gets to feel like everyday fending for themselves from all the bullies that aren't being supervised by the staff. Good luck and let the odds forever be in your child’s favor.
