I need to share how much Lil' Friends has meant to our family over the past 3.5 years. I originally found them as a desperate mom googling and pulling at strings trying to find someone who could help my 7 year old son who was fresh out of chemotherapy, had a giant, painful metal implant in his leg literally replacing his entire femur + knee and going into his tibia. He was scared, and burnt out on painful PT and appointments. We came out the other side 3.5 years later with a super confident, strong, healthy 10 year old, who even says he might like to be a PT himself when he grows up (if being a race car driver doesn't work out!). Shelly, the owner, has gone above and beyond countless times for our family, and is someone who GENUINELY cares SO MUCH. She runs this business from her heart and it shows. ZOE has been our sons amazing PT all these years... and has just been life changing for our son. She has built him up, stood by him, and encouraged him through the scary/painful bits. She is amazing at being a true friend to her patients, while still being in charge. My son has truly grown to see Zoe as one of the most important figures in his life. We've also had the pleasure of working with Alex who was equally is amazing but has moved on- I just couldn't not mention her here as well. She has also been absolutely wonderful! As a family who has been through a million and one medical interventions and worked with countless specialists, I can say that Lil' Friends is the best there is.

From therapy to respite, service providers are kind, knowledgeable and great with our son. All staff communicates regularly and open to create the best opportunities for our son. Our kid loves to go to Lil Friends!
I had a horrible experience! horrible communication efforts from an OT that didn't provide services to my child for an entire month, and when asked, she lied. I had to cancel my services with them and will never get a months worth of makeup sessions that my son deserves. Very un-fortunate situation for my family.
