Our son, who is 18 months, has been attending Lil’ Friends Learning Center for 3 weeks and I could not be more impressed. Our son has asthma and allergies so I was nervous about moving him from his current daycare to one that was more conveniently located to where we work. The first day we arrived and the staff already knew his name and gave a very warm welcome. We anticipated he would struggle the first few days because he’s very attached to me. It was wonderful, he ran to join the other kids in playing with toys and forget I was even there. The staff gave me great reports on how the day went when I picked him up each day. It was so nice to know that everyone who was responsible for his care was working to become familiar with his needs and personality. The first week when I was concerned about one minor detail I spoke with his teacher in the morning and e-mailed Lori as well. My concern was taken care of immediately. Lori is regularly checking-in with me and my husband on how things are going. I know she checks in on how he and the other children are doing throughout the day. It’s so nice to know that if I have a question or concern that I can conveniently send an e-mail and get a fast response. We have already had cute projects sent home with us and can look at the lesson plan for the week to know what he is doing each day. We like how much he gets to play outside – burns off a lot of energy to make the work evenings easier!! Even better, they will soon be building a gymnasium he can enjoy when outside temperatures aren’t ideal. We are excited to see what he will learn, experience, and the friends he will continue to make at Lil’ Friends.

My little man started at Lil Friends when he was six weeks old. I looked for nine months for a daycare and was struggling to find a place with an opening for an infant. I was very hesitant about sending him to a center, but a friend of mine recommended Lil Friends to me and I'm so glad she did. Lori and her team were welcoming and caring from day one. My serious little man smiles and giggles for his teachers constantly. I know that he adores them and they dote on him too. They are truly wonderful to work with. They talk to me about his napping habits and how to help him sleep like he does at home. They track how much milk he drinks, and when he starts to go through more than I send they let me know so that I know to bring more the next day. When he started rejecting the bottles I sent they gave recommendations of brands they thought would work better since he was used to being breastfed at home. I love when Lori and Lacey send pictures of him during the day and that they create fun experiences for them (for example Santa came to visit over Christmas) and that even the babies have artwork to bring home. No place is perfect, no one will ever do things just like you would do for your baby, but the teachers at Lil Friends are full of heart and work hard to ensure the babies have everything they need to grow, develop and thrive. Leaving my newborn to go back to work was the hardest thing I've ever done, but they made the transition so much easier.

Loved this daycare for a while. My kids loved their teachers. Until I got a threatening call saying I owed them money (which was never brought to my attention and I’ve asked if I owed anything) told me I had 30 minutes to pick up my kids and bring 2000 dollars. I have no problem paying if I owed if they would’ve brought it to my attention, but didn’t have to threaten calling CPS on me over something they never informed me of. I called Mary back and asked what the issue was She yelled on the phone and told me I will not be getting my kids back unless I have the money. After leaving me a nasty voicemail. I called police to go there with me to get my kids. Like I said loved the staff but will never recommend this daycare to anyone.

Real honest hardworking Daycare. No business is perfect but they strive to. I trust my children here. And that's a very big deal to me. If any issues/ questions occur I have no hesitation to come forward. Owners have an open door all the time to keep communication open. Even through text so if I forget I can shoot a quick text. I had an issue it was handled right away. Lori and Bob always keeps the kids' interest first. I love how theirs a consistent Teacher in each room. It's a relief for myself and it gives consistency to the kids. More and more wonderful things. I can go on and on. They think so much of the kids. They truly love the kids. Lori and Bob have a amazing staff. Thank you for all you do!!!

They are NOT where you want your children unless you want an unreliable daycare. They told me they would be sending in my application for daycare assistance, because it was supposedly faster than me doing it myself. Turns out, they failed to send it in til after TWO WEEKS of my children going. When I asked about it the ladies in the office assured me that they would get it taken care of, that they had the info they needed and the state does it to them all the time. Asked multiple more times to make sure everything was taken care of. Assured each time that everything was good to go. Fast forward 4 months, they have a new director, AGAIN(the director had just started when my kids did). Not once did they notify me of the change. Nor did the new director introduce herself. My son has an issue with seizures, and the previous director was the only person on staff with enough training to know what to do. New director has been "walked through it". And to top it all off, they call me at 745pm on a Monday to notify me that there's an unpaid bill, due to THEIR screwups that I was never told about. $2100 bill. Due right now, although they are the ones who dropped the ball the entire time. And they terminated care until it was all paid in full. Next day I attempted calling multiple times, leaving multiple messages. But never got a call. Had to call multiple daycares that they handle to find the person who deals with it. And was treated like it was the last thing she wanted to deal with. Run, don't walk, from this catastrophe and all the daycares associated with them. Edited to add: upon picking up my children's belongings, it is twice now that my diapers at home have run out sooner than daycares. Same size box, bought and opened at the same time. They unfortunately spend more time at daycare than at home. I shouldn't be going thru more at home than daycare if they are changing them properly. It explains why my infant has had an issue with diaper rashes only since starting daycare, as well as all three of my kids dealing with every day blow outs, something that very rarely happens at home.
