STAY AWAY FROM THAI PLACE. Others warned me about this daycare and walking through this daycare was absolutely a no. Teachers on the phone while kids are hitting and crying. Place smells and looks dirty. And lady up in the front with curly hair with glasses was very rude very unprofessional.
My child has been going to little dragon den for nearly 3 years. He started in the infant section and is now in the 3 year old class. As an infant he was very well loved and taken care of and there were always adequate staff to care for the children. The two staff most present had very differing personalities which was perfect because one provided structure and care and the other provided nurturing and care. They really had a heart for the babies. The more structured teacher is very straight forward regarding the needs of my child. If there were concerns then she addressed them and you couldn’t say that you didn’t understand because she was straight forward. Many of the staff are very straight forward. There are no games and I am proud that they are protective of the children and organized and reliable and will address any and all concerns with you directly. I needed a reference and was quickly given one by my sons teacher to help me deal with CPS on another child. They were very supportive! They live my child and My child loves them. The owner makes frequent visits and interacts with the children. There are cameras installed to ensure your children’s care and the owner and director are selective regarding who cares for your child. The majority of the teachers have been at the center for 10 years, so they are well versed in your child’s needs. Additionally, it’s the MOST child care in town as a licensed facility.
This daycare is the worst!! My son is a year and a half and he's only been going here for a month and a half and just last week he got bit by another kid and yesterday he came home with 6 BUMPS on his head and nobody told me anything as if they didn't know!! I had to file a police report and take photos! If my son would of had a concussion and I didn't know why it'd be the daycares fault! And an old friend of mine her daughter goes there too and she said she's always come home with marks as well, and one time she had bruises on her spine that looked like fingerprints! The detectives even said it sounds like something is going on here because there is NO WAY a one year old can have that many bumps on his head!
I wouldn't even give this daycare one star but I have to so I write this view. DONT EVER TAKE UR KIDS HERE. My son came home with a big bump on his head and arm that he did not have when I left him. When I ask miss Barbara shes quick to defend her staff I would know if my son had it before I left him I change him every morning . I have made multiple police reports about Lil dragon den. This has also happen to my 2 year old a couple weeks ago the same thing a bump on his head when he is supposed to be wearing a helmet all day. Miss Barbara excuse was she didn't know he needed it on but when I signed him up I made them aware of his disability and he needs to have it all day. The only lady in there that took good care of my kids name was miss Suzy she understand my sons needs and help in whatever way she could. The owner himself is rude I came to him with a problem he was very rude and doesn't not seem to care at all. There is a blond lady who's with the 3 and 4 year olds. I let miss Barbara know that she was putting a little girl in the restroom with the light off yelling at her the stop crying she cant come out till she stops I told miss Barbara ,she talked to her but the teacher diened it and miss Barbara didnt view camers just takes her word for it .
Staff is outdated and unprofessional. Director is hardly ever available to get hold of. School age children are force to take nap or lay down for 2 and a half hours. Director told me to make sure I give my kids their meds. When previously I had them at a different center for three years and are capable of caring for my kids. Not good care for school age kids. They blame kids are always bad.
