Both of my girlfriends' children attended Li'l Acorns before they attended school, participating in the preschool program with Angela and Mandy. The kids were very well prepared for kindergarten and have excelled in elementary school so far! Donna has a no-fluff method of communication, which can be misinterpreted as rude, but I know that my girlfriend was very appreciative that her time was valued enough to cut-to-the-chase. Mandy is deaf and reads lips, so when she speaks, sometimes she's louder than she should be but is always kind to the kids; the kids LOVE her!! Kids learn respect and order while making friendships that continue through school. If you're looking for gumdrops and rainbows, you aren't going to find it here. But if you're looking for quality daycare and preschool, then this is the place for your child!
I went in here the other day to see if they had an opening for my 2 yr. old. Nobody noticed me at first. I saw the kids in the back room. It was completely quiet! I've never not heard children. As I waited, I heard "WHAT COLOR IS THIS??" The person yelled at these children and there was no reason!!! They were infants to 3-4 yrs!! I couldn't believe it!!! When I was noticed, I asked anyways. I didn't really know what to do. The woman proceeded to be rude to me!!! There is no reason to give a customer attitude esp. when asking a simple question!! Then she told me to call to see if there was an opening and to never come in to see!! My children will never go here and I suggest staying far far away from these people!!!!
I tried to get my youngest daughter enrolled here. Only good thing they did was reject her, due to another mother having issues with me.
The owner very nice when we met her for a meeting after taking are child there she turn a switch was very rude all the time alway yelling it just seems like a very uncomfortable place to send a child
My kids love going there and Donna is very easy to work with and speak to
