Lighthouse Baptist Church

I started attending Lighthouse (formerly called Rosedale) as a college student and have grown so much over the time that I have attended. Especially through the changes in leadership, I’ve been grateful for the church deacons and pastors who seek the Lord and His will in all things. I am excited to be involved at a gospel-centered church where Christ is lifted up and everyone, including teens and children, are encouraged to be a part!

Lighthouse is a truly wonderful place! The community is welcoming, and the messages are always inspiring and relevant. Highly recommend!

This is a amazing church, and has become more like a family in just a short time. The members were in my neighborhood one day and offered us to come and since we have attended almost every week, they come to pick us up and bring us home, my kids love it, and the members regularly check in on us as does the pastors wife and the pastor. I can not say enough good things about this place and the people here, if you have not been and are looking for a sense of belonging and to really feel at home give them a try, I'm sure you will not regret it.

If you are looking for a family friendly church that still adheres to a type of preaching and music that exists and convects then come home to Lighthouse. It has childcare, Sunday school or what they call Winchester Fellowship for all ages. Folks are friendly and helpful.

Everyone is warm and welcoming, with solid biblical teaching, and excellent food and fellowship when they have events and activities! The Independent Baptists sure know how to whip up good meals and welcome everyone!
