We did a lot of research and put a lot of thought into where we sent our daughter for preschool and we have been very pleased with our decision. I cannot say enough good things about Lighthouse Academy. Ms. Becky and Ms. Misty are amazing with all of the littles that enter their classroom. Not only are they great teachers but wonderful people in general. They are compassionate to the needs of the children and treat them as if they are their own. If you are debating on a preschool, Lighthouse Academy Lil Scholars program is definitely top notch and would be our #1 recommendation!
My daughter enjoys attending preschool here at Lighthouse Academy. The teachers Ms. Becky and Ms. Misty are amazing! You can tell that all the kids enjoy their teachers and love learning from them. They have a great curriculum for the students, my daughter has learned a lot from starting school 3 months ago. They are both very sweet and comforting teachers that calm my daughter when she is having a rough morning. I plan to sign up my younger daughter when it’s her turn to start preschool. Thank you Lighthouse for all that you do.
We love lighthouse Academy! It truly takes a village & all these women are great. I love their curriculum!! Ever since my son started going here, his speech has been off the charts. Right now, my son has Ms Megan & Ms. Michelle I couldn’t be more grateful for all their hard work :)
I feel like I knew Lighthouse was amazing just by the waitlist- but once it was our turn to join this amazing place- I was THRILLED with our families experience! My son was always begging to go in the morning and never wanting to leave in the afternoon! (And we have a really fun and happy home LOL!!) But the teachers treat him like family, and the students are comfortable and safe and HAPPY! You are greeted immediately upon entering- everyone will know your child by name much sooner than you would expect! We came in joining Ms. Maddy and Mrs. Lori! We fell in love with them! After that we had Mrs. Jamie and Mrs. Kelsie! Wyatt thrived and grew so much in their class! Towards the end of our journey with Lighthouse , we were moved up to Mrs. Cheyennes class and Wyatt again just thrived and enjoyed it so much! They are always planning fun things for the kids and honestly their summer program is so great- we never felt the need to sign up for tons of camps because they offer SUCH a great summer program!! I LOVE Lighthouse !! And I would recommend them to ANY family looking for joy, peace of mind, and a knowing that you have made a wonderful choice for your kids!
Both of my kids have attended over the past couple years. Lighthouse creates a family feel for every single child. We Started with lil scholars for two years, moved to before school care. My daughter absolutely loves Ms. Misty and still hugs her everyday before getting off the bus. And she is flourishing in elementary school. My son started full time as a three year old. He has been in three different classes (due to aging up) and has loved school every day. Having Ms Sam , Elena and Lexi now- I cannot say enough about how much he has grown and learned in 10 weeks. I am fully confident in his preparedness for kindergarten and am excited every day to see and hear about the new skills he learned. The staff are diligent, very responsive and the communication is very open, they even post multiple pictures a day! This place is my favorite and I never worry about my kids when they are here!!
