Lighthouse Academy

Lighthouse Academy has been an incredible daycare for my daughter. We have had nothing but positive experiences from all of the rooms my daughter has been in over the last two years. The teachers go above and beyond in creativity, and simply just caring for the little ones. They go out of their way to make sure each child feels comfortable, and they are all quick to answer messages on the app about my child’s day! An open line of communication is key- and they excel at it. We absolutely love coming here thanks to Taylor, Caro, Zara and Bella!

As first time parents, we were very anxious when it came time to start daycare. But Lighthouse Academy Plainfield made the transition so much easier than we could have imagined. From day one, Cassidy in Infant 1 has been incredible! She makes our son feel like a special part of the Lighthouse family and he is always smiling whenever he sees her. Amy and Sarah in the Infant 1 and Infant 2 rooms are All Stars and have been wonderful from the beginning! It's clear that every teacher here truly cares about the kids. The facility itself is always very clean and well-kept, which gives us peace of mind knowing we are sending our son to a safe place. We love receiving pictures and updates throughout the day, it's a huge sense of relief being able to see what our son is doing throughout the day and knowing he's in the best hands at Lighthouse Plainfield. We couldn't be happier with the care that our son is receiving here and we would 10/10 recommend Lighthouse Academy Plainfield to anyone!

We have used Lighthouse for our two children since 2021 and have nothing but positives to say about the staff and experience. Our oldest started Kindergarten and is more than prepared and each teacher she had played a role in helping her be ready. Even though our youngest isn’t the most eager to be dropped off he has adored all of his teachers and comes home happy every day. We love Lighthouse! Both of my children had Ms. Taylor, who is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly patient, kind and supportive of my children’s needs. She talked to us each day to share any positives or concerns. Both kids were incredibly happy to go to school with her as their teacher. Ms Charlotte is my son’s current teacher and she too is amazing. She has taken the time to learn my son’s interests and incorporates it into learning every day. He loves working with her and enjoys everyday!

We love lighthouse academy! Our baby loves all of his teachers in the infant 1 and 2 classrooms (Cassidy, Sarah, Hannah, Mackenzie, Amy). All the teachers and directors are very responsive and communicative with us on a regular basis. Our baby loves going to school everyday and has learned so much. Highly recommend!

I could talk about this school for hours. My son has been attending Lighthouse for 2 years now and we have had such a good experience. As a new mom I was super anxious about getting my son set up in a daycare/prek; however, the teachers and faculty staff were so inviting, supportive, and kind. They have been incredibly influential and played a huge role in my son’s childhood development and I will forever be grateful for them. Ms. Charlotte is my sons pre-k teacher and she is such a fun and caring teacher. My son is always so excited to attend her class every morning!
