I visited this church on a whim with my boyfriend, while we were in town visiting his family. We had actually attended a very traditional Baptist church service earlier in the morning but we both typically attend non denominational church at home. Let me tell you…. This church doesn’t hold a candle to any church I’m apart of at home or the Baptist church I went to that morning. This church is why we would call “ Good American church”… everyone there just playing church with their coffee, looking for entertainment. The sermons given felt like we were at a comedy show- literally the pastor did nothing but make jokes the whole time- the amount of laughter in the room was so eerie to me. I did not get a good feeling from this church AT ALL. Church is not entertainment.
We enjoyed worshipping at the place we normally watch at another location. Loved seeing all dressed up for fall celebration and never seen a helicopter drop for a fall celebration. Before now only for a Easter celebration. I want to take the time to thank all those who only few not all I witnessed working behind the scenes to make worship time for us all so enjoyable. I felt like you all don't get recognized enough by us all but our experience wouldn't be as good as it is without your faithful service. From the bottom of my heart thank you. We normally watch from before Wichita now Derby Kansas. Or when we are over the road and working away from a life church on line watching the service provided. My husband travels the USA working on wind turbines we have always passed by this cross ✝️ and its normally a sign that we are almost home and almost done driving. Today it means so much more thank you all for your dedication of service for us to enjoy.
VJ and Stephen were great and super welcoming! We were attending a different location than normal because of soccer tryouts and the lady helping kids sign up to serve was super understanding and helpful. If we lived near here we would definitely go back.
This church is like therapy for your soul. The pastors are amazing & knowledgeable. The volunteers make the experience of serving God amazing for the whole family. Best church I've ever been to! And I love the fact that there are 4 different service times to choose to go to on Sunday.
I love live church. But the one thing I am unfortunate about is the help you give to the community. Those who attend and call LC home never reach out to those who need our church leaders. I called 2 days in a row for help but not 1 pastor has called back. Just remember we are a community you are here to lead and ask us to follow but when needing help our leaders aren’t there to help the followers in Christ and we ask for help from others outside of life church. If you have ever heard of Michael W Smith song I Will Be Here For You is a understatement when you try and ask for help (beyond prayer)
