I recently had the pleasure of discovering a fantastic gym that has truly exceeded my expectations. Initially, I was attending a well-regarded fitness center, but its distance from my home became a challenge. Upon finding this new location, I can confidently say that I have no regrets. The gym boasts an impressive array of equipment, catering to various workout preferences. The highlight for me has been the pools, which are not only aesthetically pleasing but also provide an excellent space for both relaxation and intense training. Additionally, the on-site café enhances the overall experience, offering a selection of healthy smoothies and nutritious meals that align perfectly with my dietary preferences. Convenience is a major factor in my satisfaction; the proximity of this gym means I can easily fit my workouts into my daily routine without the burden of long commutes. This has significantly contributed to my overall happiness and motivation to maintain a consistent fitness regimen. In summary, this gym offers a well-rounded experience with top-notch facilities, a welcoming atmosphere, and the convenience that modern fitness enthusiasts seek. Love the lifetime and the organization; The club, amenities, members, It’s a pleasant experience however today was a let down. The front desk representative, MANNA, was reactive, hostile, and completely unwilling to provide a solution. Instead of allowing me to work out or helping resolve the issue, she actually recommended that I go to LA Fitness — which made no sense, especially since the guest I brought is a current LA Fitness member who is considering joining Life Time. Rather than focusing on customer service, MANNA blamed everything on an old Ohio account that allegedly had an outstanding balance that was never transferred when I relocated to Virginia. I clearly told her I was more than willing to take care of any balance immediately, yet she remained unhelpful and negative. The entire interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and embarrassing in front of my guest, who even asked me, “Why would you be a member at a place that treats you like this?” A 4:30 AM workout should start your day positively — not with hostility at the front desk. Extremely disappointing experience and not reflective of the premium brand Life Time claims to be.

I was very disappointed with my first visit here. The gym was not clean at all—dirty towels were left around, used wet wipes were scattered across the floor, and there were clumps of hair on the shower floor. For a facility that charges $200 a month, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness. Definitely not worth the price.

The facility is always exceptionally clean, and I absolutely love the added benefit of winding down after a tough workout in the sauna and steam room. 2. Private Trainer Feedback From day one, Carleigh has demonstrated exceptional professionalism and knowledge. She took the time to truly understand my goals—whether it was building strength, improving endurance, or increasing confidence—and created a personalized plan that was challenging yet sustainable. What sets her apart is her attention to detail. She is meticulous about correcting form, which has not only prevented injuries but also ensured I get the maximum benefit from every exercise. She explains the why behind the movements, turning every session into a learning opportunity. Beyond her technical expertise, Carleigh is an incredible motivator. She knows exactly when to push you and when to offer support, making even the toughest workouts manageable and fun. I genuinely look forward to our sessions. Thanks to her dedicated guidance, I’ve seen tangible improvements in my fitness level. In a short time, I've managed to increase my SMM by over 6 pp and significantly drop my body fat percentage. Stretch specialist Jason did a fantastic job. What I appreciate is his knowledge about his craft (both stretching and personal training). He also suggested other gym equipment/resources that I could use (on my own) to help me become more flexible. He definitely cares about satisfied clients.
