Life Time Fitness - Rochester Hills

I absolutely love this place. I genuinely look forward to my morning routine every day because of Lifetime Fitness. I’ve had such a great experience with the entire staff (especially Steve!). Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, and I love that I can truly spend the whole day here. Whether I’m working in the office area, getting a workout in, or enjoying great food from the café, it’s a great environment that makes it easy to work out, focus, and enjoy being there.

I was reluctant at first to sign up due to the high monthly cost and the negative reviews, but wow, this place is totally worth the money if you have a family. The swimming classes for kids are amazing because you can drop them off and carry on with a workout and then let them play afterwards. During winter months it has great amenities to keep the kids entertained on a regular basis. The contract is month-to-month so you aren't getting locked in to paying for a year. You can always try it out for a month and see if it's worth it for you.

It’s unfortunate to see the number of negative reviews this location has, especially given the level of customer service I have consistently experienced from the front desk all the way to the janitorial staff. Janitorial roles are often overlooked, but I have been genuinely impressed by the hospitality and professionalism shown here every single time I visit. In particular, Craig and Steve from the janitorial team consistently bring a positive, welcoming presence and take real pride in their work. Their attitude and consistency play a meaningful role in making this club an enjoyable place to be.

great facility. but ever since they added pickleball and removed the tennis courts, there is no parking. it's insane. 8 pickleball courts brings in more people than 4 tennis courts, and they clearly did not account for that. booking tennis courts is also literally impossible now as there is no availability (as expected when you lose 4 entire courts)

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to. I always came here with my mom when I was a little kid. I just came back to visit Rochester and decided to go to the gym here, it has not changed a bit. All I remember when I was a kid the the staff in the kids area was really nice. Is there any way that a Life Time fitness can come to were I live? Rochester Life Time you all are the best and I will miss your yoga classes. Thank you for bringing back great memories from my childhood.
