Definitely addicted to life cafe. The shakes, the meals, the snacks to go from fridge is soooo good 🤩 and I don’t feel guilty about it. 😉 10/10. Pickleball and the studio classes are VIBES ✨ Zari from Spa, omg the massage felt like I was in Heaven ☺️ that hot towel on my back and foot wrap and I could go on. Book the massage kay 👍 Physical Trainers are all 🔥 Xavier, Jannik, and Stevie are the best the be greeted by 😊 Stacey they general manager is giving God is a woman bc she is everywhere 🤩 just an AMAZING being ✨ At this location ain’t no party, like a Life Time Party 🎊 Good Vibes 😎 go to the events, you’ll see 👍
The Best Gym Experience in Michigan! I split my time between Sicily and Michigan, and every time I’m in the U.S., Life Time Canton Township is my go-to gym. The facilities are modern, spacious, and spotless, with top-quality equipment and plenty of space — no waiting for machines! Classes are amazing, instructors are highly skilled, and the recovery area (sauna, steam room, whirlpool, cold plunge) makes the experience even better. As an aerial acrobatics instructor and performer, I’m very selective about where I train, and Life Time provides everything I need: state-of-the-art gear, excellent trainers, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a premium fitness, recovery, and wellness experience!
Just joined Life Time Fitness and I’m so impressed by all the fun events they host! Today’s family event was such a great experience — my kids had a blast. Huge thanks to Life Time and the amazing manager Corina for making us feel so welcome!
I absolutely love this location! I work out this way so it's convenient. I typically go to the Shelby Township location. This location even has a private little workout room on the main floor that I use when I'm in a hurry
Lifetime is and has been where we get to find our zen. Been coming here for two years now and it’s been my escape to better health —physically and mentally. The staff has been helpful and inviting. We love the cafe. Corina especially takes care of all of us. Look at this breakfast sandwich after a hard workout.
