What a nice experience! The people at the front desk were very kind. I came here as a visitor with my friend and felt very welcome.

I visited Lifetime Fitness twice this week and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the attitude of one of the front desk employees. The first time we came in, we asked about getting a tour and were told there were no tour times available. When we decided to leave and schedule for another time, the employee seemed dismissive and uninterested in helping us. We later scheduled a tour online and returned the next day. When we arrived, that same employee was at the front desk and unprofessionally mocked and mimicked my behavior from the previous day, implying that I had an attitude. It was disrespectful, unnecessary, and made me feel very uncomfortable. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone who is the first point of contact for potential members. The staff member who actually gave us the tour was excellent — he was polite, professional, and represented Lifetime Fitness well. The facility itself is nice overall, although the bathrooms were not as clean as expected for a premium gym. However, due to the front desk employee’s immature and disrespectful attitude, I will not be joining. First impressions matter, and his behavior alone was enough to change my decision. It’s unfortunate, because the rest of the experience and the touring staff member were positive. I hope management addresses this, because no potential member should be mocked or made to feel unwelcome.

Sherry is always smiling, approachable, and genuinely eager to help, which makes every interaction pleasant and positive. Her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness truly stand out, and she is a big reason why Life Time feels like such a great place to be. Poorly managed facility. Frequent outage of paper towels in restroom. Frequent dirty mirrors on gym floor. Poor equipment placement, frequently blocking mirrors. What’s the point of mirrors?? Adding more plate loaded equipment and NOT adding more plates, overall. Can we get improved management, especially for the rates you charge???

I have been a member for over twelve years, regularly visited the gym at all hours since l am retired. When l first joined, this gym was affordable, clean and had a correct number of members to the size of the facility. The last two years, they keep selling too many memberships while making dramatic price increases on existing memberships. Now the gym is super overcrowded, used towels everywhere, and general cleanliness has dropped. Would cancel my membership, but no other gym offers the wet area facilities that Lifetime does, so l will put up with the overcrowding for now.
