When I arrived in this city, this place was and continues to be my refuge. They not only educated me, giving me the tools to navigate here. They are attentive to whether you need food or even a hug, a word of nourishment to keep you going. And what can I say about the staff that trains you in their different courses? Pure vocation, and the most beautiful thing is that none of them forget where they come from or the lineage they carry in their veins. This place will have you going circles to get a tax return. Wanted to get a return for year 2024 and 2023. They showed me what I will be getting back from both years and thought all was good. I called today because I had a heavy feeling they messed something up and as usual I wasn't wrong to feel that because they did. They didn't do the year 2024 and for the year 2023 i'm only getting a partial amount of what i was supposed to get. They said call again for help i did and they hung up on me. I called like 5 times and they hung up on the rest of the 4 calls. They stopping my bag.
