We found this place when looking for care for our daughter. I called back in June to inquire about pricing and was told that the director would call me back, but never heard back. Now that my daughter is here, we began touring places and looking more seriously. Early August we drove by to inquire about their location located on Redwood. We were not allowed inside the facility because they had kids present, which is fine, however, there was not an offer for a tour at a later time when kids were not present so we could see the facility for our newborn child. We provided our information to the woman who presented herself as the director and she said that her boss was in charge of enrollments. She took my name, number and information for our daughter as we stood outside of the building. We were assured that she would get back to us, however, we did not hear anything. We went back to the Redwood location a few days later and were told that the lady in charge of enrollments was at the other location on San Angelo, we left our information once again and again we didn’t hear back. A day or so later we drove by the San Angelo location to talk to the lady in charge of enrollments and were told she wasn’t there at that time, our information was taken and a call back promised. It’s been over two weeks since we began inquiring with this location and we never once got a call back from this woman in charge of enrollments. It’s likely for the best that this didn’t work out. With the facility being inaccessible to view the condition of the classrooms and the lack of priority put into returning calls, I can only assume that if we had enrolled our daughter here and something had happened (injury, complaint, etc.) that it would have been handled in much the same way with unreturned calls and shady practices.
