I would give 10 stars if I could! This is the best group of child caregivers I’ve ever met, and they serve these kids with such love and compassion. My 2 year old is hyper sensitive to everything and the staff here go above and beyond to ensure she’s well prepared. And they upload many photos and updates so you see all the things your child’s doing throughout the day which really eases peace of mind. I call these amazing people my child’s second family because you can tell when your child is being cared for properly, and my child reaches out for the staff at drop off with a big smile (which is specially amazing because at previous faculties she would cry and meltdown at drop off). Seriously I cannot think of the first complaint with this phenomenal groups of caregivers! Go with the best and choose Lexinging CDC!

I work next door so I see this place every day. Walked out to see one of the women YELLING at a little girl of about 3. She wasn’t standing where she should have been in line; it wasn’t like she was hitting or something. It honestly broke my heart. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old, and I would be so angry if a teacher were yelling at my child like that, regardless of what they did. Having a child go to time out or some other form of punishment is fine and needed at times; again; YELLING very aggressively at a 3 year old is way out of line. Never in a million years would I trust my children being here. If that’s what I can see looking from outside (what they’re willing to do outside), imagine what’s happening inside? I pray the Lord would father, protect, and cover the children here. Edit: The owner; Christine, reached out to me and seemed serious about rectifying the issue. I have changed the review from 1 star to 3 for this reason.

When I first moved to Lexington I was researching childcare around the area and this one was recommended to me. I absolutely love this daycare and have used them for several years now. The director (Mrs. Christine) is absolutely lovely and genuinely cares for all her children. The teachers are very professional and are quick to answer any questions throughout the day. My favorite part is that the teachers send multiple pictures throughout the day of my child that include activities, meal time, silly pictures, nap time, or anything they believe I should be aware of. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone interested!

We have been going to Lexington Child Development Center since my son was 4 months old and we LOVE it! The director, Christine, is so sweet, caring, thoughtful, and just wonderful. All of the teachers we have experience have just been amazing as well. My oldest is about to start 3K and the staff from Lexington School District 1 schools also only have positives about both LCDC and their curriculum. Seriously, this place is amazing and I cannot recommend it enough!

I started my baby here at 6 weeks and I truly don't worry because I know my daughter is in good hands. Her teacher is so good at keeping her on schedule and keeping me updated throughout the day. They do crafts all the time and all of the kids there seem really happy and like they really love the staff. So glad my girl goes here!
