What Parents Say
Let's Talk Learning Center has highly polarized reviews. While a few parents praise the friendly staff and organization, the majority report serious concerns about staff inattentiveness, unprofessional management, inconsistent policies, and questionable practices around child behavior assessments.
I wish I could give zero stars! The workers are very lazy. Very inattentive to the children. My child tells me they watch The Loud House all day. Never have no work in their hands at dismissal. Do not send your kids here at all. Do not recommend.
Drop off a food order here and right after they marked the order as not delivered to get there money back that very dis honest for a daycare taking care of kids will never deliver here again
My child only lasted a week- a costly lesson to be patient. I met the co-director (the owner's daughter) who answered my every question. She was very thorough. Seemed like a very good establishment to have my grandchild in. But as a military retiree raising 3 grands, by the time I get 2 off to their bus, I was racing to meet the "have your child here before 0830" demand based off policies and procedures. The inconsideration did not meet my family need who travels 30 minutes from home to establishment. I'm sure if there had been a bit of consideration in their timeline, I'd be able to comment further- i.e. curriculum or social development. This establishment has been in business for a long time. So I'm sure they meet the need of certain families- just not mine.
This daycare needs to be under new management. HIGHLY unprofessional, do not send your kids here no matter what!
This place is so unprofessional...this was my son’s first experience of daycare and he loved the fact of interacting with other kids but the staff is so unorganized and their so called policy and procedures are only mentioned when you break them lol this place is a joke and I wouldn’t recommend them to watch a dead dog! Prime example of why black owned businesses are not respected.
