Lets Learn Childrens Academy INC

This daycare is no good . The owners are never there . The director is careless . The kids are being baby sat instead of learning . The employees all have attitudes . I feel like Let’s Learn Children’s Academy is only in it for the money they could care less about the children . The food is plain and dry the children eat the same thing almost every week from what my children had told me. This daycare should be shut down it’s ridiculous. I had to take my daughters out of this place they come home saying they are hungry and always have scratches on their faces . I feel it’s not safe for the children

These other negative reviews had to be troll bots because none of those things are true. Ms.Janenne is so good and strategic with children of Let’s Learn Academy. I have seen her toil with insubordinate staff members to maintain the quality of service to these babies. She has a heart of gold and INTEGRITY! I trust the center with all children 💯💯💯

Horrible experience!!!! I don’t recommend Lets Learn Children Academy to any parent, The communication is terrible a huge breakdown in communication amongst staff. My child had an abrasions on her forehead the size of a quarter Nikita the owner stated she ran into the wall and witnessed it herself how come this was not prevented if you were present??? I’m not buying that story I understand things happen, I provide a month worth of pull-ups and baby wipes for my child and they have came up missing, they did not even replace it I had too. No organization, her jacket was taken by another parent however later retrieved , I have picked her up numerous times and she was soaked in urine , I was informed that may have occurred during shift changes it no excuse and they tied a sweater around her waist , she has had scratches on her face several times , and most recently a red eye , I was made aware by the owner Nikita before I arrived to pick my child up that her barrettes in her hair possibly scratched her in her eye and that they were unaware of what happened to her eye, last week she had a rug burn of some sort on her nose again none of the staff knew what happened, the owner became combative and disrespectful towards me as I expressed my concerns, I had to remove her from this environment I would not recommend Lets Learn children Academy to anyone you will not feel comfortable at work , school , etc knowing that you child well being and safety is they're first priority .

This daycare stays on top of proper nutritional guidelines for the state of Illinois and USDA. I don’t EVER have to worry if my child is receiving proper nutrition, especially for food modifications and allergies.

Ms.Janenne is very loving and is definitely a specialist in her field! More importantly, her staff is excellent and supportive just like her... just excellent all around! I can’t thank her enough for all the love and support. Thanks again Ms. Janenne.
