Well Su Casa was a 3 Star rating when I was there 21/22 after 3yrs I went back to visit and speak I was very disappointed about how bad Su Casa became it's filthy no one hardly around there's no structure if you ask me it looks like a drop in center/ shelter SMMFH
I am a graduate of Su Casa Unfortunately I have to share some negative thoughts For the most part, the staff is really professional and supportive Mr Marvin,Ms Bravo the Nursing staff is excellent However, the witch that they have running the finance department has to be the most unprofessional person that I’ve ever encountered After I left I had to stop by to pick up my mail Suddenly my mail suddenly disappeared I’ve had to go and file a complaint with the postal service If you can steer clear of this person, Eselma Your stay there will be a very good one
Medically they’re one of the best but staff is really messed up alot of favoritism here also place is riddled with mice and rats and water bugs…. Especially down in short stay where babies are…
I don't know what this place is like now but I can tell you 30 years ago when I was a homeless addict, I came to try and get clean This program works it's not easy but neither is being on the street looking for money to get high. This is the program where you go when you have no friends no family no money and no insurance. It's no frills but it's clean they feed you and you get to learn how to live drug free with other people. I think we should invest in more places like this one. I Felt I had to add this after reading some other reviews yes this place is a very old building part of our job as we got clean was also to do the daily chores of keeping Our house clean. I don't know about some of the other people who were there but I was literally sleeping either on the trains or just in the street somewhere so This place was a step up for me. 🙏🏻 greatful every day.
What a joke. This place is the worst rehab I've ever been to I'm now clean 7 years off heroin. They threw me out because I got in an argument with a counselor named Ryan, who was later fired for inappropriate behavior, after he took my nightly smoke break away they chucked me out in the rain at 945 pm on a Thursday night. I hadn't even been there 2 months. I didn't test positive for any substances or do anything that should have warranted my situation
