Lene'S Daily Child Care,IV

Be aware, if you end the service don't expect anything from them. I enrolled my son for a total of 3 months. then I had to pull him out for personal reasons. I paid a full for 4 weeks with my son out of the US (so without receiving any service). Then I realized that we had to stay out of the country for another 2months. I decided to end his tuition so I won't pay for another 6 weeks for free. Then the Tax season hit and I tried multiple times to get my year end summary with them. I sent emails called multiple times but no way. I had to reach out to their online processor to get it. Even if you are not happy cause I pulled my son out this is not a good thing to do. I am now back in the area, was planning on re-enrolling him there but after the treatment I had just for asking for my summary to file my taxes I am not bringing my son back there.

Love the staff here! The facility is really clean in comparison to previous day cares my children have attended. Attentive and understanding to the children's needs and more importantly, a place my children enjoy returning to day after day.

If you are a parent like myself that cares about your child and your children education and your child(ren) happiness then DON'T BRING YOUR CHILD(REN) HERE. They don't do anything with the children no trips, no fire drills, no picture days, no learning curriculum, frequently teachers like every other week and that can be confusing to a child. The person who prepare the foods is unsanitary my baby caught 2 stomach viruses back to back. The teachers don't interact with children. To me each child is a dollar sign to them vs Caring for the kids. I picked my 2 yr old daughter up she had a super nasty face when I sent her to school clean the list can go on but this not a learning center more so a place for parents to drop off they kids to work and pick up most importantly my daughter was NOT HAPPY THERE AT ALL!! and she was one of the kids that don't cause problems cause she's mostly quite

My son has been enrolled in Lene's Daily Child Care since the age of 6 months, he is now 3 years old. He loves the daycare and the staff. He has learned so much at Lene's. The staff is always pleasant, easy to talk to, and their always willing to go that extra mile to help out. I would like to thank everyone at Lene's for taking such excellent care of my son. It is a pleasure doing businesses with you. Thank you!!

This is a very clean and organized day care I've seen yet. The staff is amazing with the children. Their communication with parents is awesome And I love the fact that they treat my child like she is family. Thank you guys.
