I love this school. My boys went there for preschool and then later for after school when they were at WHS. I loved the staff and the environment. It was really an iconic place for our family. I am still friends with parents I met there and the boys now young teens, still look back to it will such affection.
Was so excited to apply in October for the 2019-2020 year. Tour was amazing and we were so eager to hear back in January. By the end of February, when we still hadn't heard a word regarding acceptance or waiting list I emailed the director of operations and admissions. She explained they would "be in touch soon". It is now about to be June and I was honestly shocked that I didn't even receive a follow up email to say she was not accepted. Simply never heard back from the school ever again. What a disappointment.
Both my kids went here for years and loved it. Excellent program!! Amazing teachers, great outdoor spaces, supportive community.
Not a supportive environment. Our child described Leila Day as, "the worst 2 years of their life."
